2. Members to provide Club information: local, district and international programs of Rotary in face to face meeting

3. Limit time of appointment to 15-20 minutes recognizing importance of time

4. Leave “Mug in a Bag” as gift for business owner / manager to open as time permits

(A nice surprise and important Rotary information)5. Follow up with phone call or visit with information about

membership application and approval by Board.
