IRIS Consultant QualificationsPost High School degree or a minimum of two years of related experienceStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsAbility to transfer knowledge and understanding of the community to make positive community connections on behalf of the participantsStrong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs and software
