This is David Aikman's (the author of 'The Delusion of Disbelief’ from 2008) 1979 dissertation. While I wholeheartedly disagree with his biased conclusions, it is an interesting book nonetheless. It doesn’t appear to be copyrighted, but if either Mr. Aikman or University Microfilms International requests for me to take down the document I will do so.
