VET 2018

T he VET program for 2018 has one significant change. Echuca College will no longer run and administer the program. In 2018 Bendigo TAFE will coordinate the

program and deliver the courses at their Echuca Campus. Each Wednesday will be dedicated to the VET in Schools pro-gram, with no other Bendigo TAFE students in attendance. Subjects will run at the Bendigo TAFE campus across the road from Coles in Echuca. We will continue to combine with other local Colleges to ensure a variety of subjects are able to run. However, the automotive class will continue to be run by GO TAFE at Echuca College on a Wednesday. The times of the au-tomotive class may vary slightly from the rest of the program run at Bendigo TAFE. We will let you know the detailed ar-rangements before the end of the school year. Subjects running in 2018 are:

Animal Studies

Automotive

Building & Construction

Engineering

Hair and Make Up

Hospitality

Please ensure the payment of $750 for next year’s VET is paid before the end of this year. If there are any concerns about the payment deadline, please contact our Business Manager Maureen Oliver at the College on 5484 1844. The VET program has been very successful this year and has been a significant contributor to positive student pathway out-comes. We look forward to another successful year in 2018. Colin Huddy, VET Coordinator

Novels 2018

I f you have ordered and paid for Novels for 2018 they are available at the College office for collection. Could you please do so before the end of the school year.
