STUDIO CITY
Studio City is part of Dubai Media City. The community has been designed to cater to the production needs of the region and has plans to build movie studios and sound stage back lots for production. Dubai Studio City will accommodate the growth in the region’s broadcasting sector.
Dubai Studio City is very well located, adjacent to Motor City and opposite the Arabian Ranches, communities that are very well regarded by expatriates and are almost fully occupied.
Located in close proximity to major arterial roads, the site is at a twenty minute drive from Dubai Marina.
