OnEarthDay,April22,EmployeeBenefitswillbegindeliveringitsnotices,includingthisnewsletter,tothepersonalorbusinesse-mailofstaffmemberswhorequestelectronicdistribution.Whenyousignupfore-maildistribution,youwillnotonlyhelpScottsdaleHealthcarereduceitscarbonfootprintandsavemoney,butyouwillalsoreceiveyournoticesfaster.

Yourpartissimple.UsingStaffMemberSelfService,signupfore-maildistributionandgiveuseithertheworkorhomee-mailaddressyou’dliketouse.Ittakesonlyafewminutes,butitwillmakeabigdifference:

• LogintoStaffMemberSelfServiceontheScottsdaleHealthcareintranet.

• SelectMyselfintheleft-handcolumn,andthenselecttheAddresstabatthetop.

• SelecttheChange name, address, telephone, e-mailbuttonatthebottomofthescreen.

• IntheAddresssectionofthepage,you’llseetwoe-mailaddressfields.IfyouhaveaScottsdale Healthcaree-mailaddress,makesureitiscorrectlyenteredintheWork E-Mailfield.

• NexttoHome/Personal E-Mail,typethee-mailaddresswhereyouwantyourelectronic noticessent.Itcanbeeitheryourworkorhomee-mailaddress.

• ChecktheboxtoConsent to Electronic Mailings.Amessageappears:“Youwillbenotifiedby ElectronicMailings.”

• ClicktheSubmitbuttonatthebottomofthepage.

• Finally,whentheWorkflow Approvalscreenappears,selecttheSubmitbuttonagainandverify yourchangebyselectingOKinthepopupwindow.
