There are at least 2 sides to every story

In a persuasive research essay you have 2 main jobs:

1) Convince the reader your opinion is right!

2) Convince the reader that apposing opinions are not as right as yours or simply wrong

In order to do this stating only your opinion is simply not good enough

Therefore you must include evidence

There are 3 main types of evidence for a persuasive research paper

1. Statistics 2. Expert opinion (Quote) 3. Examples

Record the Statistics, Expert Opinions & Examples that you hear and see in this video in your T-chart
