At the heart of the system is a feature reach, customisable and incredibly powerful Windows

application with a Microsoft SQL back end. It’s simple to use but very very clever behind

the scenes. Your HR recruiters “live” in this part of the system running searches, distributing

vacancies and managing interviews, offers and documentation, etc. Requirements can be

distributed to your own job board (in the candidate portal), agencies or using popular multi-

posters like Broadbean, Idibu and Logic Melon to most of the common job boards.

mi-Recruitment Manager gives your selected Line Managers predefined access to the mi-Recruitment Manager database. Line Managers are able to add new requirements (search various parts of the talent pool if you let them) and review your progress towards fulfillment. Subject to permission, they can also review Placement Contract Documentation and KPI reporting, which enables you to deliver direct interaction, reporting and communications without increasing your workload.

mi-Recruitment Manager allows you to manage the distribution of your vacancies to recruitment agencies and this portal provides them with a place to submit applicants and review their progress without having to bother you. Candidates submitted through the portal will be duplicate checked and , if required, asked to confirm their submission.

The mi-RM Talent Portal is not only a place for your talent to review their submission and keep their information up-to-date but is also a fully fledged Job Board. The mi-RM Talent Portal can stand alone or be integrated into your website to provide a range of services, such as automated Job Alerts ‘real time’ - by providing ‘live’ links to your mi-Recruitment Manager database.
