Who is Karen Rae Wilson

Karen “Ishana” Rae has an extraordinary gift for creating unique vision setting experiences and adventures that help people make a dynamic shift in how they see themselves and what is possible in their world.

A spiritual mentor, Celtic Wisdom Keeper and gifted singer, she has worked around the world with shamans and healers from African, Indian, Tibetan, South American, Alaskan descent. She has practiced meditation for over 25 years.
