Named after the famous West Bromwich actress and humanitarian, the vibrant and colourful Madeleine Carroll Suite, occupies Level 2 of The Public and can be divided into a number of workable spaces depending on requirements - including a large open-plan area and individual break-out rooms. The suite can be booked as a whole for conferences of up to 200 people or as a series of smaller meeting rooms, accommodating up to 80 people.10-20 people or larger meeting rooms for The open space is ideal for trade exhibitions and can cater for up to 50 stands. It is also suitable for business networking events, lunches, presentations and product launches.

An air-conditioned, self-contained space on the ground floor of the building, the Theatre is suitable for all types of events. It comprises theatre-style, fully retractable tiered seating for up to 250 delegates. The space can also seat up to 150 people in banquet format, with tables arranged to meet your requirements. Standing events and state-of-the-art recording and production facilities can be provided for an audience of up to 400. This versatile space is perfect for launches, large events, dinners and exhibitions, and can also be divided into two smaller theatres.

Located at the entrance to the gallery, the Longroom is a prestigious, spacious area with spectacular and magnificent views across the Black Country. This area can accommodate up to 150 people banquet style , or up to 250 for a reception. It offers a perfect venue for corporate launches, award ceremonies and charity galas.
