 Form of Present Perfect  Progressive 

Present Perfect Progressive образуется при помощи вспомогательного

глагола to be в Present Perfect (have been, has been) и формы –ing 

смыслового глагола.

Use of Present Perfect Progressive

1. Действие началось в прошлом, продолжается до

настоящего времени, и, возможно, продолжится в

будущем. 

Примеры 

I’ve been doing my work for three weeks. — Я делаю моюработу уже три недели. 

Т.е. я делал и продолжаю делать. 

2. Действие завершилось недавно или только что. 

Примеры 

I’ve been looking for you a whole hour. — Я вас ищу (уже)целый час.

 Я вас искал, но теперь нашел, поэтому больше не ищу.

 Действие завершилось только что.

Use of Present Perfect Progressive

Ключи к пониманию времени Present Perfect Progressive:1. Действие находится в процессе (отсюда связь с группойContinuous).2. Процесс начался в прошлом и продолжается до настоящего(отсюда связь с группой Perfect) 

Пример I have been living in Kiev since 1975. — Я (уже) живу в Киеве с1975 года. Я живу и продолжаю жить в Киеве, процесс начался ипродолжается! 

• How long have you been studying Spanish? — Сколько времениты (уже) учишь испанский? 

В этих примерах очень важно слово уже, которое незримоприсутствует в конструкциях Present Perfect Continuous. n.е.процесс продолжается из прошлого в настоящее.

Отличие Present Perfect Continuous

от Present Perfect  Present Perfect Progressive  Present Perfect 

I have been doing I have done

I have been reading a book for a month. — 

Я читаю книгу (уже) месяц.

Важен процесс, а не результат!

I’ve read a book. — Я прочитал книгу. 

Важен результат — я прочитал!

He’s been writing articles all day. — Он пишет статью целый день.

We’ve been playing basketball for three

hours. — Мы играем в баскетбол (уже)

три часа.

Указание на то, как долго происходит

действие.

He’s written three articles today. — Сегодня он написал три статьи. 

We’ve played basketball two times this

week. — На этой неделе мы играли в

баскетбол три раза. 

Указание на то, сколько всего сделано

или сколько раз происходит действие.

Present Perfect Continuous показывает, как долго происходит действие,

а Present Perfect — сколько раз. 

Для Present Perfect Continuous важен процесс, а для Present Perfect — 

результат!
