Fire Australia 2017 combines for the first time three distinct areas in the fields of fire and life safety.

As well as focusing on key topics related to all sectors within the fire protection industry, FPA Australia is partnering with the Society of Fire Safety in 2017 to include a dedicated Fire Safety Engineering stream throughout the conference. In addition a Hazmat stream will once again feature at the conference.

As the premier fire and life safety event in Australia, the bringing together of these three key areas will result in a bigger and better conference and trade show that promises to attract key decision makers and leading subject matter experts from government and industry.

The event will attract key industry professionals from the fire protection, fire safety, emergency management and hazardous

materials sectors from across Australia and overseas as well as representatives of government and fire agencies. All of

these stakeholders will be engaged by a wide variety of presentations and industry experts, with a passion

for delivering positive outcomes.

TRADESHOWThe tradeshow at Fire Australia 2017 will be the largest exhibition of its type that specializes in showcasing products and services for the fire protection and hazardous materials sectors.

Held over 3 full days, including an evening session on Day 1, the Tradeshow will be promoted as an event in its own right, providing a range of educational and product demonstration opportunities to attract hundreds of fire protection representatives.

The organisers have secured the largest ever space for a Fire Australia tradeshow at the brand new Sydney International Convention Centre. This state of the art venue overlooking beautiful Darling Harbour will cater for an exhibition space of over 4000m2, allowing for over 100 exhibition booths.

The exhibition space will be central to all activities including the catering and café seating areas and the Showcase Theatre – a dedicated presentation area where sponsors and exhibitors can showcase their products and services to all Tradeshow and Conference attendees.

PREMIER EVENT FOR THE SECTORThe Tradeshow is expected to attract over 1000 visitors and will be separately promoted to a broad range of interested individuals and organisations. With free entry, a huge display of products and services from national and international businesses plus the chance to win prizes and giveaways, the event will be extremely attractive to anyone with an interest in fire protection and hazardous materials.

The Showcase Theatre will be located in the tradeshow area, meaning anyone can attend your presentation for free. It also provides an increased opportunity to encourage more visitors to the tradeshow. Sponsors and Exhibitors who take up this offer are welcome to invite their customers to attend their specific presentation for free.

Details on how to apply for the limited presentation time slots will be provided in the sponsorship and exhibition kits that will be sent to all registered sponsors and exhibitors.

There are 100+ exhibition booth spaces available. Companies that wish to take multiple booths or make modifications are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Each booth will be constructed by a professional exhibition contractor and will include the following:

2 x 150 watt spot lights 1 x 4 amp power point 1 x complimentary conference entry Complimentary catering for two staff members per day

Additional equipment can be hired through the exhibition contractor for an additional fee. A catalogue of additional options will be provided by the exhibition contractor (Moreton Hire).

Terms and Conditions – Completion of this application form is an acceptance of the Fire Australia 2017 Exhibitor Terms & Conditions as published on the FPA Australia website. I understand that exhibition spaces and sponsorship packages will only be allocated upon receipt of application and deposit monies. If deposit is not paid within 3 days of receipt of application, selected exhibition and sponsorship options may be offered to other interested parties. The organiser’s decision is final.

Cancellation Policy – I understand that in the event of the cancellation of my booth, monies paid will not be refunded unless all available exhibition space is sold. Any applicable refunds will not be processed until after the conclusion of the conference. In the event that the balance payment is not paid by the due date, the organisers may cancel my booth and a refund will only be payable if all exhibition space is sold.
