• State of the art simulation and CAD software such as AutoCAD, UG NX 9, AutoCAD inventor, 3D Quick press and Solidworks are used to produce the most efficient tool designs

• Redesign and engineering services to meet market specific requirements

TOOLING

• Proven track record of design, development and manufacture of single stage press tools to highly complex 45-stations or even higher tools with sizes ranging from 100 mm to 2000 mm

• Tool room using the best technology to ensure each component produced lasts a lifetime

• Eigen maintains control over the entire tool development with its rigorous and righteous QC (Quality Check) processes

• Press tools and specialized multi cavity molds are manufactured to the highest standards

• Manufacturing facility with Mitsubishi wire EDM, Spark EDM, conventional machine shop

• Developed 1000+ tools till now and counting

PRECISION METAL STAMPING

• Stamping for ferrous and non-ferrous materials of thickness starting from as low as .002”/.05 mm and even lower, up to as high as .19”/ 5mm and even higher

• State-of-the-art press shop with presses ranging from 15T to 200T capacity and supplementary mechanical presses

• Production capacity of over 500 million components per annum

• Specializes in the stamping of close-pitch, tight-tolerance and high-precision parts

• Position tolerance - 0.01mm / 0.0004”

• Profile tolerance - 0.01mm / 0.0004”
