    is collected from a 365 day recallperiod. The consumption data forother items is collected for a 30-day

    recall period.

    has increased from 421 million in1981 to 456 million in 2005.

    This indicates that there are alarge number of people living

    just above this line ofdeprivation and their numbersare not falling.
