How does it fit?

Love the down hill I run game

-Iso, Power, Counter, Toss, etc.

Love undercenter QB turning back toDefense to hide the ball.

Love the Gun idea of quick separation

from the LOS & QB run elements. Ok, so fit those together with the Pistol.

Center snaps accuracy more critical in

the pistol because its quicker than Gun.

QBs ball skills same reason as above.

100 snaps = 1 muffed snap.

Double team POA.

Aim A/B gap to hold defenders.

Bring to big bodies to POA. Simplicity with assignments.

Where to Run it?

Weakest edge defender.

Most aggressive up field edge defender.

Where can center block back best. At or away from best LB?

Set up Naked.

Lookout points

Lookout for DT who plays up field and

sometimes reads or visa versa. Tough to block

back on by center.

Lookout for run-through LBs. Lookout when running to A gap defender and

BS LB is run-through player. Must naked to

death.

Lookout for TE on 7 tech? Long block to hold.

Mate Block weak post man or not butt to butt.

Love to get QB outside vision.

Distortion of coverage integrity. PA off exact playLBs cant handle it.

Modify as game plan dictates. Simply progression reads by QB.

QB TECHNIQUES

show ball then pull to body very quick.

Hide ball in crease of the leg.

Always keep ball in throwing hand. After fake, take 1st step for depth and snap

eyes to kill zone.

Take what defense gives you. After release, follow flight path of the ball.

Faker

Roll shoulder with hands in pocket.

Shake slightly, keep running, get tackled.

Chipper

Run through path of rusher - kill zone.

Cross face of blitzer.

Get width, dont worry with depth.
