The programs begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a lunch at noon. To register, please call the Center
by Friday noon the week before the program.

The first program is Thursday, January 26th
from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at McCauley Hall
The first program will be lead by Carol Haynes on“What We Eat:
How to Make Better Choices”This program will focus on cutting out fats and sugars from your diet without cutting out the foods you like!
Carol teaches food safety, nutrition, and smart shopping. She is a SCNEP Program Assistant housed in Franklin County.

THE PHOEBE NEEDLES EDUCATION SERIES
THE ACTIVE SENIORS CLASS is a new lightexercise class for seniors who would like to work on develop-
ing strength, mobility, and flexibility at their own pace. Participants will be able to use a chair during their exercises as well as have the option of opting out of any exercise they may not feel comfort-able participating in. Classes will be Monday & Thursday mornings from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
