The personality test through handwriting

Specific purpose: To inform my audience about how two styles of handwriting show their personality.

Central idea: The styles of handwriting can show their personalities. The styles are based on the

slopes of the letters and spaces between the words.

Introduction

I. Assalamualaikum . Good morning to our lovely lecturer miss Fatin Aliana and fellow friends.

II. Are you interested to know you and your personality? As we can see, each of us, in this class

especially, has different personalities. For example, Wawa is a cheerful person while Fairuz is

the quite one. Do you know that the styles of handwriting show your personalities? Do you

want to know you and your friend’s personalities? Today, I’m Norizan binti Ghazali will help

you to reveal your personalities through your handwriting.

III. In my speech, I will stress on two styles of handwriting. First, the style based on the slopes of 

the letters and second is based on the spaces between the words.

(Transition: So, are you ready to reveal your personalities? )

Body

IV. Could you please take out a piece of paper? Please write this sentence “I love you”. Are you

done? Look at your handwriting. Lets us do an analysis on your handwriting.

1.0 Firstly, it is based on the slope of the letters.

1.1 How many of you have a backward handwriting? Please rise up your hand. Your 

handwriting indicates that you are a shy person and you afraid to show your feeling. For 

example, you like him or her, but you don’t show that you like him or her. You just pretend like

nothing happened. You are also a person that show uncertainties or hesitant.

1.2 How many of you have straight up and down handwriting? You are a person who likes to make

friend. You are also very friendly and always being the one who starts conversation.

2.0 Okay, we had done with the first style of handwriting. Lets us move to the second style, the

spaces between words. How many of you leave wide spaces between words? Small spaces? No

spaces?

2.1The person who leaves wide spaces between spaces between words is a shy person.

They also very careful and thinking person.

2.2 The person who leaves small spaces is a person that likes to communicate with other 

people. They usually talk a lot, maybe even a busybody. So, you must aware with the

person that has small spaces handwriting style.

(Transition: Now, I’m done with my speech. I would like to continue to my conclusion.)

Conclusion

V. In conclusion, there are two types of handwriting that show your personalities. First is the

slope of the letters and second is the spaces leave between words.

VI. Different people with different personalities may have different styles of handwriting.

VII. Based on the analysis we did just now, I hope that you will know you and your friend’s

personalities better.
