GUEST ROOMS

An all-suite hotel, you'll always get more space to relax at Hilton

Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Our suites, the largest on the beach,

all feature stunning views of the ocean, balconies, Italian marble

bathrooms with whirlpool baths, and a kitchen or kitchenette.

Modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, deep soaking whirlpool

tub in your suite’s Italian marble bathroom, and indulge with

deluxe bath amenities. From one bedroom/one bath to three bed-

rooms/three baths including two penthouse suites

Enhancements

Your wedding specialist will assist you to create the perfect enhancements for your

celebration. Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort offers specialty decorative charger

plates, specialty linens from solid colors, fabrics and patterns with coordinating

napkins. You may also choose from a wide variety of chiavari chairs and matching

cushions. Pricing and décor packages may be provided by your wedding specialist.

Catering Requirements and Policies Pricing and Guarantees:

24 percent taxable service charge and 6 percent state sales tax will be added to all

food, beverage, audio visual and destination services.

Prices are subject to change and can only be guaranteed within 60 days of your

event date.

A guaranteed guest head count is required by 12:00 noon, three business days

prior to your function date. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will

be charged even if fewer guests attend, unless your attendance exceeds your

guarantee,. This guarantee will apply to all food and beverage items. If the Hotel

is not advised of a guaranteed count, the expected number of guests will become

the guaranteed count.

For functions with guarantees below 100, we will set and prepare for the guaran-

teed guest count.

It is our policy that no outside food or beverage of any kind may be brought into

the Hotel by clients or their attendees.

Fees:

Chef fee of $150.00 per chef are valid for up to two hours. There will be a charge

of $75.00 per hour, for each additional hour. One Chef is required for every 75

guests.

Bartender fee of $150.00 per bartender is required. One bartender per 75 guests

is required.

Alcohol:

The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Florida State

Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. No alcoholic beverages of any kind

may be brought into the hotel.

Florida law requires that all alcohol sales will conclude at 1:30am in accordance

with licensing.

Deposit Policy:

An initial deposit is required, along with a signed Catering Agreement to re-

serve space for your event.

Additional deposits will be due prior to your event.

Full payment of the charges based on your estimated number guests is due

(10) ten business days prior to your event. Payment must be made by credit

card or bank certified check. If a personal check is used, an additional two

weeks must be allowed for processing.

Wedding Events Manager:

Your Wedding Events Manager will assist you with the details of your menu

planning, room set –up, audio visual needs, signage and other aspects of your

event. Please note the hotel still recommends a wedding planner to assist with

all of your needs.

All event details should be finalized at least (10) days prior to arrival.

Miscellaneous:

All food and beverages for events must be purchased through the hotel.

Outdoor ceremony venue fees include white garden chairs, set up and tear

down.

Additional items included in the rental fees are, standard hotel linens, napkins,

glassware, china, silverware, dance floor and risers.

Parking:

Day of event parking is $13.00 per vehicle, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and will

be charged to the master account unless otherwise specified.

Overnight valet parking is available for $34.95 per night, per vehicle exclusive of

tax and service charge.

Self parking is not available on premise.

Choice of Entrée

If there is a price discrepancy between entrees, the highest price will prevail for all selections in

addition to additional $10.00 per person.

Guarantee of attendance and the numerical breakdown/count for each entrée are due by 12:00

noon three business days prior to your event date.

To ensure the highest level of service, clients are required to provide place cards to identify entrée

selections.

Tableside choice of Entrée requires two courses prior to entrée for proper kitchen preparation.

A $25.00 per person fee is required for table side choice of entrée.

Choice of Entrée either with RSVP or Table Side required to identical seasonal vegetable and

accompaniment.

Menu Tastings

A food and beverage minimum of $15,000.00 exclusive of tax and service charge is required for

menu tastings.

Menu Tastings are to be scheduled 30—60 days prior to the wedding date for a maximum of

four guests. Additional guests will be charged the “per person menu price”.

All Tastings will take place Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at 3:00pm based on availability.

No menu tastings will be conducted on over Holidays or Holiday weekends.

Tastings scheduled outside of our standard times must be approved by the Executive Chef and

Wedding Specialist.

Menu tastings will consist of two items per dinner course. (salad, appetizer, entrée and

desert)

Three flavors of wedding cake will be included in menu tasting.

Menus consisting of carving/action stations, brunches, lunch/dinner buffets or hors d’oeuvres will

not be available in tasting portions.

Overnight Accommodations

Parking

Day of event valet parking is $13.00 per vehicle, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and will be charged to the master

account unless otherwise specified.

Overnight valet parking is available for $34.95 per night, per vehicle, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Self-parking is not available on premise. The hotel is not responsible for losses or damages to any vehicle or its con-

tents.

Shipping and Receiving

Any materials required for upcoming events may be sent to the hotel three days prior to the event.

The first five boxes are complimentary, and there will be a $5.00 handling fee for each additional box.
