The partnership studied 10 existing methods founded suitable for finding Mission in Life.
The sources varied from books, to Eu projects or methods already applied in organizations designed to support the local community.

Different approaches were found in the studied methods. However we may find similar ideas in all of them, about what is meant by “finding you mission in life”.

The structure of the studied methods is very different. Each one has very specific phases to achieve the proposed goals.Nevertheless we may find that every method is person - centered and is developed in a one to one basis.

Many skills are transversal to the trainer profile defined for each method. The trainer must:

Although in some of the studied methods the motivation tools are not explicit, several motivation tools can be observed such as:

Target Group
Most of the methods can be applied to any kind of target group, from lower qualified to higher qualified people with university degree. Regarding the age, we can conclude that the majority of methods were valid to all groups. This may mean that finding mission in life is not a matter of skills or age but of attitude in life.
