Program Overview From November 13, 2012 until to April 30, 2012, Palo Alto Networks NextWave reseller partners who submit a deal registration for a full year WildFire subscription for their net new customers or eligible Threat Prevention subscription license and support customers will be eligible to earn an additional 10% discount on the WildFire subscription line item only. Partner Eligibility Authorized Palo Alto Networks NextWave Reseller Partners in good standing are eligible. Silver level partners excluded. To protect the incumbent reseller, in the case of current customers, the authorized partner should also be the partner of record for the original opportunity for Threat Prevention subscription sale. Opportunity Eligibility Opportunities with new customers will be valid for WildFire subscription only. For current customer opportunities to be considered eligible, opportunity must hold valid Threat Prevention subscription license and support. The serial number of existing device must be included in quote and Purchase Order and will be used to validate eligibility by Palo Alto Networks. Product Eligibility Palo Alto Networks PA-2000, PA-3000, PA-4000 or PA-5000 Series ﬁrewalls are Eligible. PA-200 and PA-500 Series ﬁrewalls are not Eligible. Product SKU All 1, 3, and 5 year standard and HA WildFire SKUs are eligible. Bundle SKUs excluded. Validation Rules Palo Alto Networks sales representative will validate all promotion eligibility requirements. Quote must be submitted with Promotion SKU (PAN-WF-PROMO). Serial number of existing device must be included on PO to Palo Alto Networks. Discount Order This promotion offers an additional 10% channel discount off list price of the of Execution eligible WildFire line item. It is expected that Distribution will operationalize the 10% additional discount to reseller. This discount should not be passed to the customer.
