OUR HISTORY
St. Andrews Country Club of Boca Raton began in 1982 with a vision to create an exceptional residential and golfing community designed for the select few – those whose achievements have created a special measure of freedom and a special thirst for excellence. St. Andrews is the setting for life at its best for our Members.
St. Andrews Country Club is a resident-only Platinum Club of America and is internationally recognized for magnificent estate residences, superior amenities, two 18-hole championship golf courses, including an Arnold Palmer Signature Design, 15 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a state-of-art spa and fitness center and a 125,000 square foot Clubhouse in the center of it all. The Clubhouse provides unequalled culinary delights, a year-round social calendar and offers spectacular views of the lakes, fountains, fairways and manicured greens. St. Andrews has played host to numerous PGA golf exhibitions led by touring pros such as Phil Mickelson, Arnold Palmer, John Daly and Rocco Mediate, and is the home course to LPGA Touring Professional, Morgan Pressel.
Both the Palmer Course and the Olde Course are surrounded by verdant fairways, impeccable greens, rolling berms and water hazards, complemented by over 70 acres of golf-side lakes, waterways and wooded areas. Balancing course play is a deep-piled putting green, driving range and chipping area. The Director of Golf, Head Golf Pro and PGA certified staff oversee a full schedule of events, clinics and classes for golfers at all levels, of any age. The pro shop offers a complete array of equipment and the latest fairway fashions.

Opening for play in 1983, Bob Toski, PGA Tour Champion and the number one ranked golf instructor in the U.S. joined St. Andrews Country Club as the first Director of Golf. Long known for his relationship with Golf Digest Schools, Toski quickly set the standard for St. Andrews Country Club golf programs and education. Toski was inducted into the South Florida PGA Hall of fame in 2007 and named Pro Emeritus at St. Andrews Country Club in 2008. He frequently participates in Club events.
In 1994 Martin Hall, one of Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Teachers joined St. Andrews Country Club as an instructor while studying under the guidance of Toski and Peter Kostis. Hall was later promoted to Director of Instruction and with his tutelage; Morgan Pressel began her professional golf journey. As an LPGA Touring Professional, Pressels’ record is impressive: two LPGA victories the 2007 Kraft Nabisco Championship and the 2008 Kapalua LPGA Classic and The Solheim Cup in both 2007 and 2009. Pressel continues to play at St. Andrews Country Club and hosts the Morgan & Friends Tournament each January exclusively for Members and Guests who aid in her fight against breast cancer.
Glenn Hall, currently listed by Golf Digest as one of America’s Best Teachers and two-time Michigan PGA Teacher of the Year linked with St. Andrews Country Club as Director of Golf in 2004. Hall arrived fresh from the Champion’s Tour assisting his close friend and former Champion’s Tour Leading Money Winner, Bruce Fleisher. During this time, Hall also supported David Graham, a former U.S. Open and PGA Champion and tour veteran, Mike Smith. As a former assistant to Toski, Hall continues the tradition of golf through innovative instruction and challenging programs, carrying on the legacy at St. Andrews.
