Heck discussed the issue that brought this request on. Mrs. Kang said the previous Mayor had promised her Sunday Sales and Sewer Services that would not cost her to install. Mr. Heck mentioned that they had text and emails from Mayor Breland. The Aldermen mentioned the text Mr. Heck provided states Ms. Kitty would get Sunday Alcohol Sales and would not be charged a tap fee for tying on to the town’s sewer. She has Sunday Sales as stated.
