• An initial seminar held in the French alpine village of Morzine, designed to address the attitudes, behaviours and self-awareness that are mandatory for a manager’s success.

• A special week-long seminar held in the southwest of France with the French Air Force in order to work on the different forms of management and leadership styles.

• Individual and group work concentrating upon how each participant functions as a person, individually and in groups, and how their behaviour affects their negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Assistance in your career search with workshops on research techniques, cover letter writing and CV preparation.

• Allocation of a personal coach who is dedicated to working with you to prepare your return to the workplace in the most positive way.

• Coaching sessions, mock interviews, industry-specific conferences and company presentations with Career Services consultants.

CurriCulAr PArTiCiPATiON

• International Consulting Project – participants are invited to contact mid-size French and European companies willing to work on a consulting project dedicated to their global expansion. Contact with the company increases in the analysis and recommendation phases of the project, culminating in the final presentation before company executives.

• Entrepreneurial Development Project – this pro-ject includes contact with fellow entrepreneurs starting business as well as more experienced, successful business creators.
