International Airport Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (IAEMA) and Ground Support Worldwide are joining forces to produce this not-to-be-missed event, which will bring the entire industry to Las Vegas, Nevada for three days of networking, opportunity and enjoyment.

BOOTH SPACE PRICINGIndoor Space – Booths will be housed in a large, fully enclosed and temperature controlled temporary building outside of the Rio hotel with easy access to outdoor exhibits. Space includes carpeting, 3' high side drape, 8' back drape and a company identification sign. Due to space restrictions, only 10' lineal configurations will be accommodated indoors (10x10, 10x20, 10x30, etc.). Island booths will be accommodated outdoors.
Price per square foot: $25 in-line; $26 corner
Outdoor Space – Raw space only. Canopies, carpet, etc. will be available to rent. Exhibitors bringing their own tents/canopies must adhere to Clark County fire codes. There is a 200 square foot minimum for outdoor space.
Price per square foot: $19
Demo Space – 200 square foot outdoor booth and adjacent space for equipment demonstrations. Located on the perimeter of the outdoor exhibits to provide sufficient demo area, booths include carpeting and canopy.
Price: $6,500 as a stand-alone booth; $4,000 with additional indoor or outdoor booth(s).
DISCOUNTS (LIMIT ONE):IAEMA members 10%
NATA members 5% (with proof of membership)
AAAE members 5% (with proof of membership)
BOOTH PACKAGE OPTIONS:Indoor Furniture Package - $475Includes one 6' draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket and one 10-amp, 208 volt electrical outlet.
Outdoor Furniture Package - $650Includes 10'x20' carpet, one 6' draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket and one 10-amp, 208 volt electrical outlet.
Additional “a la carte” furniture, carpet and electrical options will be available in the Exhibitor Service Manual closer to show time.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTDeadline: December 18, 2015 – Exhibitors who submit an Exhibit Space Application and 50% deposit by December 18, 2015 will be assigned a call in date and time, based on priority points, to reserve a booth space. Call-in times will be sent in early January and will be scheduled for early February. If you miss your call-in time, show management will chose a space for you based upon the choices submitted on your application.
Applications received after December 18th will be assigned after the initial process is completed. Booth space will be assigned according to date contract is received and priority points are no longer a factor.
New exhibitors will be assigned after those with priority points in order of date contract is received.
PRIORITY POINT SYSTEMAll exhibiting companies from both shows starting in 2010 will be awarded priority points based on the following:
BOOTH SPACEGSE Expo Worldwide 1 point for every 100' (2010
– 2015)
International Airport Expo* 2 points for every 100' (2010 – 2014)
SPONSORSHIPGSE Expo Worldwide 1 point for every $2,500
(2015 only)
International Airport Expo* 2 points for every $2,500 (2014 only)
* International Airport Expo Exhibitors are rewarded two points because it’s an every other year event. Therefore, both sets of exhibitors are essentially rewarded for 6 events.
Bonus points for 2016 will be rewarded for every 10x10 contracted after the first 10x10. Example: Company A with four points is contracting for a 10x10. Company B with four points is contracting for a 10x20. Company B will be rewarded five total points in the assignment process.
The priority point list will not be published. Please contact show management to receive your point total, inquire about your place “in line” and how we arrived at your company’s points (by show and year). Points will not be added together for exhibitors wishing to occupy space together. The highest point total will be used.
PAYMENT SCHEDULEDeposit – A 50% deposit of the total space charges (payable in U.S. Funds and drawn on a U.S. bank) must be submitted with the Exhibit Space Application. The balance is due July 15, 2016. All contracts submitted after July 15, 2016 must be accompanied by 100% of the total space charges.
