Gulf – Classic SAE 20W-50

is a mineral based engine oil desi-gned for post 1950 less demanded classic car engines, mostly of US origin. It uses good quality base oils and performance additives to ensure better engine protection. The Gulf oil also has a good thermo-oxidative stability that minimises deposits & sludge build-up. Its effective rust inhi-bitors retard formation of rust in critical engine parts, the antiwear technology minimises engine wear and reduces maintenance costs.

Limora SAE 20W-50

Limora SAE 20W-50 for classic cars is a top of the range engine oil to suit most engines from the early fifties to mid eighties. From oil fil-ter in main stream to early catalyst. Made from low-sulphur base oils with correct and safe viscosity. Its high alkaline reserve prevents the engine from corrosion. This oil is especially blended to meet the leading specifications for classic car engine oils.

Limora SAE 15W-40

The Limora SAE 15W-40 engine oil is a solidly blended mineral oil for highest demands. High-quality base oils and a balanced additive package make the Limora engine oil the first choice for all classic cars of the 70s and 80s, especially for Vauxhall and Volkswagen. It is also suitable for Japanese, European and American classics until the 80s. The Limora 15W-40 is suitable for vehicles with high piston speeds, dry sump lubrication and oil circuits with centrifugal filters.

Classic Multigrades

Castrol – Classic XL30, XXL40 and GP50

For 1930s to pre-1960 veteran, vintage and classic cars. A high quality monograde engine oil which is also used in most types of manually operated gearboxes fitted to vintage and classic cars. This oil offers excellent cold tem-perature starting and improved oil pressure at high operating temperatures. These monograde lubericants are only slightly blen-ded and do not contain any clea-ning agents. These monogrades

are extremely depending on the surrounding climate. Please check the matching oil for the temperature you wish to operate your vehicle in. Most cars need a SAE50 in summer, a SAE 30 in winter and a SAE 40 in between. Mineral monogrades require short oil change intervals.

Mineral based classic engine oil for transverse engines. Specially developed additive system incor-porated in mineral base fluids. Use as received as an engine/gearbox oil in vehicles which have a combined engine/gearbox sump such as the Classic Mini. Formulated for the discerning owner who demands the best protection for his engine. Classic Mini 20W-50 has been developed to provide the ultimate lubricant for vehicles which employ a common oil for both engine and gearbox lubrication. The combined engine/transmission layout places extra demands upon the oil in terms of extreme pressure requirements for gear protection along with ball, roller and needle bearings incorporated into the gearbox. Friction modified Dexron II-type automatic transmission fluid for use in automatic transmissions fitted to older vehicles requiring GM type D fluid. Castrol TQF is a specific non fric-tion modified transmission fluid for automatic gearboxes, incor-porating additives to provide wear, oxidation and corrosion resistance. Specified for Ford and older Borg Warner transmissions. Can be used in motorcycle primary chain case where an SAE 20 oil is required and also in piston type damper shock absorbers. Dyed red for identification.TQF must not be used in automatic transmissions where a Dextron type fluid is spe-cified, as special friction control additives are required in fluids used in such units.
