A brief description of the Activity Reports

OAM

• Please remember that the OAM changes– You may see new reports– You may see a new field on an existing report– You may see a change to an existing field

• We will try to keep this presentation updated

OAM

• Most Activity Reports display the same fields• A few are slightly different– New Members has a field to show who recruited

the new member– Voluntary Cancellation has an option to view the

history of the member– Deceased Archive only has a few fields– Other Activities has history option

OAM

• Most reports are the same for chapter and federations– Some fields, such as chapter number, are shown in

both chapter and federation reports. – This is to reduce maintenance costs.

• If there is only one sort option it is still shown so that the user knows the sort sequence

Click on any report


We will start by clicking on

New Member(s).

This will bring up a selection

page.

Selection for New Member(s) ReportThe starting date

is usually the first of the year, you can select

beginning 01-01-2011

Selection for New Member(s) Report

The ending date is today’s date

for chapter reports and the first day of the

year for federation

reports.


Change the month, day or year by clicking on the

selection button next to it.


Select how you want the data sorted.Most chapter reports have the criteria shown above while most federation reports also include chapter

and expired date.


Click on ENTER to get the report. Please note the message below ENTER. This may take a few

minutes.

show things clearer we will bring up a screen that only shows the left side.
