The Sponsored Walk

Sponsored WalkThere are three sections to complete in order to gain a Paralympics ticket from the Sponsored Walk:1. Olympic Spirit

This can be shown by wearing clothes / costumes which inspire the theme of the Olympics and can be accompanied by props, such as sports equipment or Olympic torches.

2. Olympic ValuesThe Olympic Values are: Respect, Friendship and Excellence. You need to incorporate at least one of these themes in your walk. For example you could form a team to help friends; or could encourage others to complete their walk, showing them respect; be imaginative!

3. Olympic CompetitionThe amount of money you raise for the Sponsored Walk will count towards the competition, so raise as much as you can to be in the running for a ticket.

Sponsored WalkThe application form requires you to write in a very brief description of what you intend to do on the day to meet the criteria. The last box will be filled in with your final total on the day of the Walk and then it will be handed in to Mr McElligott.
