CALENDAR & SCHEDULE
June 8-June 19—Non-Residential
Arrive between 7:15 & 7:30 a.m.
We start with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. daily.
All meals will be served @ Kennedy Commons Dining Hall, 251 W. 12th Ave.
Students will dismiss from the Hale Center most days at 5 pm
Note: Please provide a written and signed note, if a student must leave early for a family obligation, doctor’s appointment, or other excused reason.
All Program Activity:
*Columbus Zoo & Zoobeezie Bay, Saturday, June 20th *Subject to change

June 21- July 16—Residential
June 21st—Move In 6-8 p.m., More Info To Follow!
Regular Schedule: Sunday night arrival by 8 p.m., Friday afternoon departure by 5 p.m. (no dinner served).
Meals will be served daily!
July 10th—Program Closing & Student Presentations, 3:00 -5:30 p.m.
Dorm Move-Out Following the Program Closing (more information to come)

RESIDENTIAL LIFE--6/21 – 7/10
Seibert Hall, 184 W. 11th Ave.Columbus, OH 432103 or 4 students per room Air conditioned & Wi-FiBring towels, sheets, pillows,blankets/comforters, stuffed
animals NO linens are provided!
TRAVELING CLASSROOM—7/13-7/16
A refundable $25 Deposit will be due by June 30th
Departure 12 a.m. Sunday, July 12th
Return 7 p.m., Thursday, July 16th
Visiting Memphis & Nashville, Tennessee
Meharry Medical College, Fisk University, & Tennessee State University
Civil Rights Museum, Dollywood, Graceland, Beale Street, restaurants, shopping, & so much more!
4 full days of fun & excitement!!!
