Brainspotting is a focused mind body therapy used to treat unresolved trauma, trauma related symptoms, and/or other mental health symptoms that are impairing an individual’s quality of life. The process helps to identify, process, and release stored negative or traumatic experiences from the brain which helps the individual to heal from within. This relatively new therapy was discovered by David Grand Ph.D. in 2003.
