• The LEADER process requires ALL match funding to be confirmed before the full application is submitted
• There may be requirements regarding where match funding comes from (public vs private)
• Your Co-ordinator can help you with this
Project Planning
• A key requirement of your application will be your detailed Project Plan
• Your Project Plan must have a robust delivery plan, outline how you’re meeting demand and need, and be delivered against key Milestones
• The success of a project will depend on good financial and cash flow planning
