On November 17th, 2015, Chen Dental held the New Location Grand Opening Celebration. The community was invited to bring family and friends and be one of the first to experience the New Home of Chen Dental. Pastor Mark Reams performed the dedication.

Mayor John Shoop, the Sebring Chamber’s Liz Barber and Dr. Chen cut the ribbon. Over three hundred guests enjoyed light hors d’oeuvres and met the team while touring our state of the art facility.

The new 8000 sq ft facility is located at 2190 US Hwy 27 North in Sebring, next door to Lowe’s.

Some of its special features include:

• an in-office lab for creating same day crowns and other services

• head and neck CT scans for guided-dental implant procedures

• 17 treatment rooms

• plenty of parking

We at Chen Dental are moved by the

tragic and inspiring story of one beloved

patient, Lindsey Hammortree. Lindsey

was diagnosed with cancer in May of

2010. Throughout her aggressive course

of treatment, she fought with remark-

able courage and grace. In the end, her

final wish was not for herself, but rather

for other children and teens who may

walk the same road she had.

Lindsey’s Wish Inc. now seeks to honor

Lindsey’s memory by providing financial

support to the families of children

battling cancer in Highlands County.

We would like to extend our heartfelt

gratitude to the volunteers who helped

us make the Dentistry from the Heart

event possible. Over twenty-five people,

including Dr. William Chen, Dr. Jere

Seralde, Dr. Jose Rojas, Dr. Kenneth

Chen, Dr. Thomas Cheng, and the team

at Chen Dental along with family and

friends, offered their time and skills to

benefit individuals in need throughout

our community.

The event was held on December 18th,

and patients began arriving as early as

7:00 pm the night before. One hundred

nineteen people received a cleaning, fill-

ing or extraction free of charge. Thank

you for helping us to embrace the spirit

of giving this past Christmas season. We

couldn’t have done it without you!
