On September 8, the new wiADVISOR Technical Service Portal will launch.
It will provide functionality similar to the
current wiTECH Technical Service Portal, but will be specific to wiADVISOR

Accessing the wiADVISOR Technical Service Portal
• On September 8, when you go to www.witechsystem.com, you will have the option of accessing the wiTECH or wiADVISOR Technical Service Portal
• Click on the wiADVISOR “Go” arrow to open the wiADVISOR portal login screen

Logging In
• To log in, use the same credentials you would for the wiTECH Technical Service Portal
– Your username is your Dealer Code

Dealer Information
• Your dealership’s basic Dealer Information is automatically imported from DealerCONNECT
• If you notice an error, it must be corrected in DealerCONNECT

Manage Assets
• “Manage Assets” lists all wiADVISOR microPod II tools registered to your dealership – microPods are identified by their serial numbers
• You can also assign Service Advisors to microPods here – Click Edit Users in the row of the microPod you want to assign

Assigning Service Advisors
• After selecting Edit Users, select the Advisor’s name from the dropdown list, and select Map User
• Use the Delete button to unassign an Advisor from a microPod

Contacts
• Enter the contact information for your Service Manager, IT Administrator, and Installation POC by selecting Edit
• It is important that this information is kept up-to-date to ensure faster service from wiADVISOR Support

Profile
• In your Profile, you can enter/update your dealership’s physical and shipping addresses, record your Tax ID Number (TIN), and change your password

Activation and DMS Integration
• If you have not yet enrolled in wiADVISOR, you will have to fill out the form at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions

• After finishing the activation process, you will be prompted to continue for DMS Integration

• You will receive instructions to select your DMS provider and add users to complete the process

Setup Wizard
• The Setup Wizard allows you to customize the menu, price calculator, recommended services, and other wiADVISOR interface features
• Recommended settings have already been selected, but you may change any of them
• Select Submit at the bottom of the page after you have entered your preferences

Gold Support Training Request
• Gold Support Training is a free 4-day, on-site wiADVISOR training program
• If you would like to register, review the requirements, then fill out the form at the bottom of the page and select Submit
• After submitting the form, you will be contacted by the wiADVISOR Gold Support Team to schedule your dealership training

Site Survey
• You must complete a Site Survey prior to installing wiADVISOR at your location
• Answer all of the questions, then select Submit at the bottom of the page

Photos
• You must also upload the required photos of your dealership prior to an installation
• Open the Location dropdown menu to see all photos required
• To upload a photo, select the Location, click Choose File, locate the picture on your computer, and select Upload

Installation Review Document (IRD)
• After a wiADVISOR installation, you will be asked to fill out an IRD
• The IRD collects feedback about your installation experience, and confirms that you have everything you need to use wiADVISOR successfully

• From the Shop page, you can shop for wiADVISOR microPods, accessories, and optional wiADVISOR components
• If your shipping address is incorrect, update it under My wiADVISOR > Profile

• Use the “Report an Issue” form to inform the wiADVISOR Support Team of any application or wiADVISOR Portal problems you encounter
