Pain:Customer’s current process for provisioning a custom application has become too cumbersome
and error prone.
Solution:Solution for UHG fully encompasses what Seamless does best:• Delivering Iaas & PaaS - Seamless is currently implementing IaaS and PaaS by integrating HP
Operations Orchestration within Customer’s existing environment and automating existing processes and tools. Remedy SRM is being configured to be the portal for users to make a request for a custom application. A ticket within Remedy is generated and once approved, HP OO will integrate with VMware to provision the VM and then automate the provisioning of the application based upon the requirements captured through the Portal.
Benefits: • Customer Benefit – This new process will allow Customer to reduce the time it takes to provision
new applications while reducing errors at the same time. It also allows for a complete audit trail of the entire process.

The Story
Pain:The customer needed the ability to rapidly provide VM’s to their internal customers via a self-
service portal. Customer had a disparate set of tools that were not integrated and they lacked the confidence in their current vendor’s ability to achieve true server automation. Through the use of OO and SA, Seamless was able to demonstrate these cohesive capabilities, while elevating HP in the areas of scalability, integration and compliance.
Solution:• Seamless implemented Server Automation, along with the necessary services to build a private
cloud offering to achieve automated server provisioning. These services included installation, customization and multiple integrations, through the use of their previously purchased OO installation.
Benefits: 1) Customer Benefit – Significant reduction in time spend for end users to access virtual machines
and increased accuracy in reporting and tracking security risks
