Non-combustible All Eurobond composite wall panel systems are manufactured with a non-combustible stone wool core. Panel systems are available offering fire resistance of up to 4 hours.

Low environmental impact Eurobond cores have zero Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). At the end of its useful life, all panel steel and insulation can be recycled and made into virgin material.

Thermally efficient All Eurobond products are engineered to help fulfil the energy and air leakage requirements demanded for the envelope of modern buildings. Relevant panel construction details have been thermally modelled, using the BRE software package, Trisco.

Acoustically sound Eurobond’s range of composite wall panels offer acoustic solutions developed to make Approved Document E (2015) sound easier.

Architecturally flat Eurobond panels are manufactured with a stonewool core which has that have dimensional stability.

    • Europanel combines architectural style and design freedom with low environmental impact and passive fire protection.

    • Five standard configurations within the range with each system developed as a ‘total wall’ solution through the integration of glazing and other building components.

    • Modular flexibility in 50mm increments from 600 to 1200mm. Flat or micro-rib external face profiles.

    • Architecturally flat with range of visually enhancing ancillaries and options.

    • Two hour fire resistance and non-combustible stone wool core offers passive fire protection.

    • Long Span Capability. Specific structural guidance available from Eurobond’s technical team.

    • Europanel offers ‘as tested’ air tightness of 1m³/hr/m² - well in excess of requirements in Building Regulations across the UK.

    • In the case of high rise buildings the systems are tested to BS 8414 - Part 1 and meet guidance in BR135 – “Fire performance of external thermal insulation for walls of multi-storey buildings.”

    • Low environmental impact, thermal performance and high recycled material content will positively support a BREEAM assessment.

    • Library of comprehensive design details to ensure top performance for the life of the building.

    • BIM files are available in a number of file formats.

    • NRG passive energy saving internal steel face - see page 31 for details.

Features & Benefits of the Europanel System

  • A high performance EPDM gasket is site installed and locates within the aluminium section to provide a positive location and retention of the gasket.

The G series of configurations are available with 12mm (G12) gaskets to give your building envelope a striking visual ‘grid’ effect with varying widths.

    9

G SeriesThe Europanel G (Gasket) series vertical and horizontal cross panel jointing creates the impression of a wider uniform frame around individual panels, similar to that of a bi-modular system. The horizontal joint houses an aluminium section, which is factory fitted to each panel.

These ranges provide a clean building exterior through Europanel’s classic secret fix joint. A dense stone wool core provides the precision engineered base to an architecturally flat surface, and the 5mm joint gap provides a fine pencil line joint horizontally between panels and across the building envelope.

The S5 option combines the same pencil line joint with a satinline (microrib) profiled panel face.

The V-groove is available with panel system Europanel F5 and can be applied to the full range of panel thicknesses and finishes.
