WHY WOULD I GET INVOLVED?
This important survey is being conducted to assess current staff
opinions in order to identify opportunities for improvement and builds on the work of the
national staff surveys carried out in 2014 and 2016.
It is widely recognised that staff who are fully engaged at work are
better able to give their best to patients and service users so
positive staff engagement is in all our interests.

The Survey is being carried out by Ipsos MRBI, an independent
research company, and will take approximately 15 minutes to
complete. Your participation in the survey together with your responses, will be totally
confidential.
