Natural ability to communicate so that others understand. Make good publicspeakers. Often speaking is a part of their service to the body.

Not natural communicators. Some will trainthemselves to be good speakers. Frequently say things which are confusing or misleading. When in a leadership role, willwant to think through communication carefullyand may want to write out important messages in order to add clarity.
