Level 5 Occupational CoursesOur Level 5 courses offer general retail staff an opportunityto gain specialised occupational qualifications covering allareas of retail operations from merchandising to sellingskills, customer care and communications, to health andsafety, security and warehousing. A Level 6 AssessorAward is available to supervisors or department managerswho progress to delivering the courses to colleagues.

Degree in Retail Management PracticeDesigned to equip retail professionals with the specialistskills, knowledge and competencies required to successfullynavigate the future of a constantly evolving industry, ourfully-accredited three year Level 7 degree programme isdelivered in Dublin and Galway, two days per month betweenSeptember and May. On completion, graduates have theopportunity to progress to a formal Level 8 programme.
