THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPECTACLE NEVER SEEN BEFORE UFO's – Unidentified Flying Objects . Here it is a  pol emi c subj ect get ther e! Di vi de d opinions wi thout a common denominator, especially concerning the veracity and their source. I will not dwell on details of these theories , it certainly is not the object of my article. However, what I re port is some thing of which I was eye-wit ness. It was interesting. Something unfo rgettable. It is a pity that this has not been notified by the television channels of that season, at least, a line in a newspaper or a specialized magazine in the sub jec t or not. Only people liv ing in the count rys ide or suburban chácaras had the privilege of, as I witnessed this cosmic event. But what I conforta is knowing that hundreds of thousands saw what I saw. Everything happened over night July 1966. I was di ni ng at home of my gr an dpar ents , in the li ght of a querosene lamp, in the village of Missão Nova (New Mission, today , Vila Joaca Rolim), district of Missão Velha (Old Mission), south of the State of Ceara, some 500km away from Fortaleza, about 420 meters above sea level. Like all municipalities in the region, jammed in the Cariri Valley, the foothills of the Chapada do Araripe (900 - 960m sea level). It was around 5:30 PM, preparing for the dusk. While I taked my dinner, was attracted by a yelling of children and adults that would increasimg in number and degree of intensity. We have already lasted some 15 minutes and wasst disturbed me and continued to the point of abandoning the dinner than to see it. When I came to the terrace, outside, regretted not having left soon to hear the first cry. What wonder! What spectacle! Hollywood could not reproduce the scene could see that - as in this picture, coming from the south, on top of the Araripe Mountain, heading north, over our skies, hundreds of thousands of celestial bólidos in mutant colors of intense brightness. Cool! A desperation has taken the emotional of these people there - "It's the end of the world," they said. It was peo ple ask ing for for givene ss, other s pray ed and cried alo ud. It was an inc onv eni enc e wit hou t dimension. I was simply amazed front of rare natural spectacle. Or would be supernatural. Someone shouted: "They are flying saucers. They will take us. What will become of us? Oh, my God!". At that time the radio stations were playing the song DISCO VOADOR (Flying Sauacer), nowadays remixed by Sérgio Reis. I did not believe that they were flying saucers. I have always been sceptical regarding this matter. I thought: "There should be a logical explanation for all this happening. I will not rest until we find out." - I promised to myself. Meanwhile, the sky bodies, fulfilled its path south to north. They filled all sky vault with those movements of translation, a shy-gloss colors. After moving away from the Moutain they were disappearing down to the horizon, to the north. Someone would say - "A show of stars shiny sliding on the sky." But for me, it was more than that. At March 1973, the press announced the discovery of the Koroutek comet and at the same time,  preparing the souls of people to wait and see without fear, that does not happen to the emotional discontrol tha happened i n the passa ge of Harley comet. As at 1910 I read that some of the things that prior to passage of a comet for land, is a rain of the meteor dusk, I cried out: "Eureka! So it was it! Everything was stripped. " What we saw at July 1966 it was nothing mor e tha n a rar e spe cta cle tha t pre ced ed the appea ran ce of the comet Tempel-Tuttle, a river of interplanetary dust, particles of debris left by the star on its trajectory around the sun during certain hours, most of these  par ti cle s coll ides wit h the Eart h' s upper atmosphe re at speeds of 71 kilometers per second. In the spring, the comet was very bright, its tail had a quadr ant of the sky vault ; remember ed a white stra w of coconut tree . Its nucleus, on the horizon, looked twice the size larger than the sun, but its appearance near the sunrise, starting at 5:30 AM, reaching the maximum  brightness of six, when the sun rising and roubbed its the scene with its shiny and strong light. Those were undoubtedly the most beautiful shows I have seen in all my life.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPECTACLE NEVER SEEN BEFORE

UFO's – Unidentified Flying Objects . Here it is a

polemic subject get there! Divided opinions without a

common denominator, especially concerning the veracity and

their source. I will not dwell on details of these theories , it

certainly is not the object of my article. However, what Ireport is something of which I was eye-witness. It was

interesting. Something unforgettable. It is a pity that this has

not been notified by the television channels of that season, at

least, a line in a newspaper or a specialized magazine in the

subject or not. Only people living in the countryside or

suburban chácaras had the privilege of, as I witnessed this

cosmic event. But what I conforta is knowing that hundreds

of thousands saw what I saw.

Everything happened overnight July 1966. I was

dining at home of my grandparents, in the light of a

querosene lamp, in the village of Missão Nova (New Mission, today, Vila Joaca Rolim), district of MissãoVelha (Old Mission), south of the State of Ceara, some 500km away from Fortaleza, about 420 meters above

sea level. Like all municipalities in the region, jammed in the Cariri Valley, the foothills of the Chapada do

Araripe (900 - 960m sea level). It was around 5:30 PM, preparing for the dusk. While I taked my dinner, was

attracted by a yelling of children and adults that would increasimg in number and degree of intensity. We

have already lasted some 15 minutes and wasst disturbed me and continued to the point of abandoning the

dinner than to see it. When I came to the terrace, outside, regretted not having left soon to hear the first cry.

What wonder! What spectacle! Hollywood could not reproduce the scene could see that - as in this picture,

coming from the south, on top of the Araripe Mountain, heading north, over our skies, hundreds of thousands

of celestial bólidos in mutant colors of intense brightness. Cool!

A desperation has taken the emotional of these people there - "It's the end of the world," they said.

It was people asking for forgiveness, others prayed and cried aloud. It was an inconvenience without

dimension. I was simply amazed front of rare natural spectacle. Or would be supernatural. Someone shouted:

"They are flying saucers. They will take us. What will become of us? Oh, my God!". At that time the radio

stations were playing the song DISCO VOADOR (Flying Sauacer), nowadays remixed by Sérgio Reis. I did

not believe that they were flying saucers. I have always been sceptical regarding this matter. I thought:

"There should be a logical explanation for all this happening. I will not rest until we find out." - I promised to

myself. Meanwhile, the sky bodies, fulfilled its path south to north. They filled all sky vault with those

movements of translation, a shy-gloss colors. After moving away from the Moutain they were disappearing

down to the horizon, to the north. Someone would say - "A show of stars shiny sliding on the sky." But for

me, it was more than that.

At March 1973, the press announced the discovery of the Koroutek comet and at the same time,

preparing the souls of people to wait and see without fear, that does not

happen to the emotional discontrol tha happened in the passage of Harleycomet. As at 1910 I read that some of the things that prior to passage of a

comet for land, is a rain of the meteor dusk, I cried out: "Eureka! So it was

it! Everything was stripped. " What we saw at July 1966 it was nothing

more than a rare spectacle that preceded the appearance of the comet

Tempel-Tuttle, a river of interplanetary dust, particles of debris left by the

star on its trajectory around the sun during certain hours, most of these

particles collides with the Earth's upper atmosphere at speeds of 71

kilometers per second. In the spring, the comet was very bright, its tail had a

quadrant of the sky vault; remembered a white straw of coconut tree. Its

nucleus, on the horizon, looked twice the size larger than the sun, but its

appearance near the sunrise, starting at 5:30 AM, reaching the maximum

brightness of six, when the sun rising and roubbed its the scene with itsshiny and strong light. Those were undoubtedly the most beautiful shows I
