INTRODUCING THE MINI COUNTRYMAN.The MINI Countryman is a versatile, five-seater Sport Activity Vehicle that’s more comfortable than ever. As big as it feels on the inside, the Countryman is still a MINI through and through. Gliding through the city, coasting through the mountains – it’s all effortless. It’s just under 4.3 metres long, which means it has some serious luggage capacity in addition to ample legroom. The MINI Countryman also comes equipped with standard features you might expect to be optional. With powerful engines and optional ALL4 all-wheel-drive (available on MINI Cooper D Countryman and MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid models only), it tackles even the trickiest terrain with ease. So what are you waiting for? The world won’t explore itself.

Apple CarPlay, included in the Navigation PackRoof rails in silver Rear Park Distance Control

A 1.5-l 3-cylinder petrol engine (136 hp/ 110 kW) and a 2.0-l 4-cylinder diesel version (150 hp/110 kW) offer a handy blend of power and economy. It comes with a Chrome-plated exhaust tailpipe.

Better, faster, stronger: With a 2.0-l 4-cylinder petrol engine (192 hp/141 kW), the Cooper S packs the biggest punch. Hallmarks include the red S at the rear, side scuttles, the radiator grille with honeycomb structure and Chrome border and the twin Chrome-plated exhaust tailpipes (right and left).

The MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid features a clever combination: A 3-cylinder petrol engine (136 hp/100 kW) at the front with an 87-hp/65-kW e-motor at the rear axle. The MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid is instantly recognisable via the yellow MINI Plug-in Hybrid logo on the side scuttles and at the rear. Additional hallmarks include the yellow Cooper “S” badge on the front grille and tailgate, the single Chrome-plated tailpipe at rear apron and the charging port on the left-hand side.

The MINI Countryman Plug-in Hybrid combines an electric motor and battery with a conventional petrol engine to offer drivers the best of both worlds. For short trips and inner-city driving, it glides silently and emission-free up to 25 miles2 on battery power. Any 230-volt power supply fully charges the battery in 1501 minutes at most, using electricity harvested from completely carbon-neutral, regenerative sources.

For longer journeys, motorway stretches and short sprints, the MINI Twin Power Turbo petrol engine takes over and regenerative braking charges the battery. The result is consistently better performance and fuel economy, however varied your driving habits may be.
