Research conducted by Kim Schonert-Reichl, et. al. for the Centre for Community Child Health Research, University of British Columbia, and British Columbia Children’s Hospital.
Findings have shown children who practice MindUP experience a significant drop in cortisol levels than those in the control group, thus manifesting greater optimism, more pro-social behaviors and emotional control, love of learning and empathy.
