1. Executive Summary Metamo Platform is a working technology platform that changes the concept of how we work. Issued Metamo tokens (MTM) focus on the "work" that is essential in our lives. This is extremely important, and since things are set up so that Metamo tokens are put into use for employment, changing jobs, wages, and incentives, they're designed so that their versatility and liquidity will become extremely high. We created two plans in order to bring this platform to life. First, we will freely distribute Metamo Cards, which are ID cards that use a non-contact IC chip and QR codes. We also have a smartphone application that comes into play with this. Personnel evaluations that conventionally were only retained by superiors and personnel departments are now able to be personally managed and carried with you1. ID cards are becoming increasingly necessary in emerging nations, and as part of our plan we will be distributing 100 million of these by September of 2019. We have already begun distributing the first version of the Metamo Card and everything is starting off smoothly. With the help of our card supply partners at NXP Semiconductors and Datacard Group, we expect that cards from the 2nd version onward will be installed with MTM's payment feature. Second, we have Metamo Sphere, which can record any skills no matter how detailed, including performance relating to one's job or schoolwork. It is currently patent pending and, to put it frankly, is a "next generation resume that projects one's skill set and characteristics in an easy-to-understand manner." Its methods of use and display are also groundbreaking, and its convenience is sure to immediately catch people's attention, much like the status screen of a game character. Another feature is its close coordination with IoT, where details of one's duties during work which are estimated based on data obtained from all sorts of servers as well as "evidence-based data" which consists of position information serve as evidence of one's service record. Metamo tokens are based on Ethereum. We are using results produced in the process of development in the field of employment contracts and have decided to introduce a smart contract system that allows for speedy conclusions of employment contracts. With this ICO, we plan to distribute Metamo Tokens between August 14, 2017, to August 31, 2017, at a rate of 1 BTC = 4,600 MTM, or 1 ETH = 380 MTM. 2. Background 2.1. Vision and mission In many countries, the fields for changing jobs and gaining employment are brimming with an "asymmetry of information." This doesn't change regardless of the type of employment contract, and remains the same even for full-time employees, part-time employees, and freelance workers. Resumes submitted by job applicants are often difficult to look at, quite frankly lack content, and cause companies to cast doubt on them where there's a possibility that they're filled with lies. Companies therefore will set up a trial period or set up wages to be cheaper for a fixed period2. Many job applicants find themselves at an excessive disadvantage due to not having the skills to accurately and easily convey their personal path based on evidence. If companies could gain insight into the abilities of job applicants through frequent interviews and tests, that would give them the chance to acquire excellent personnel by making them an offer with good terms. Even then, however, mismatches are prone to occur. Since interviews and tests take time and effort, screening at the resume stage is also important. But for some mysterious reason, many people in management that promote cutting costs are sometimes paying a high compensation to recruitment agents that offset the asymmetry of information in order to procure good personnel. This is anything but the most suitable means towards a goal. Although Silicon Valley and traditional companies are researching employment know-how, the source of the problem is the asymmetry of information. There is an overwhelming lack of information in order to know a job applicant. We believe that mismatch causes productivity and creativity to not improve, and once workers have lost motivation, a company's growth will stagnate. To put it boldly, this is a loss for mankind. In particular, the freelance and part-time workers that make up the majority of the world have a hard time getting references, severely limiting the amount of information out there. This form of employment is often the case, and it is a very large risk for society that an optimal solution has yet to be developed in areas where the population is surging. Our Metamo Platform is a solution for solving these problems, and Metamo tokens (MTM) aim to become the de facto standard in these areas. The fact that there is room for economic growth means that the value of MTM could inevitably rise.

2.2. Fusion of technologies Most people are probably aware that a huge revolution is coming to the overall industry. When we line up the representative technologies that come into play, Blockchain, FinTech, IoT, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and 5th Gen Mobile Networks (5G) are popular. Although these terms are perceived as buzzwords when businesses use them, we will boldly declare that we will fuse each and every of the aforementioned technologies in order to achieve our goal. If this strikes anyone as unrealistic, hold on a minute. The challengers who began internet related businesses over 20 years ago came up with amazing services by carefully combining a flood of standards and key software. What deserves attention more than anything is that start-ups that are combining technologies to achieve their goals are becoming representative companies of the current high-tech industry. It is essential to have a goal and to fuse various technologies in order to make this a reality. In addition, in those days the power struggle of low levels for OSI models was relatively harsh, famous examples being HTTP, SOAP, REST, operating systems, and DOM. While we can't simply compare those days to the present, we live in a time where internet related technologies satisfy our current needs3. Fusing various services, frameworks, and technologies is essential for achieving goals, and Metamo Platform is what will make these goals a reality. Furthermore, much like 5th gen mobile networks, it is necessary to work hard to incorporate key technologies that will be in demand in the near future. This is referenced in detail in the Metamo Sphere chapter, but an IoT device for workers that is voluntarily attached with them and allows for self-management is a must-have. The spread rate of this device is expected to be enormous, and although Metamo Sphere's possibilities are restricted with the current 4G network, it will come to life with a 5G network4. We believe that it is important to have a clear goal and combine both trending and legacy technologies.

3. Metamo Card 3.1. Role of Metamo Card Before beginning introduction of the service, let us reiterate our mission. Our mission is to make secure self-management possible for positive aspects such as a worker's experience and work, small efforts, care, volunteering activities, and school performance. If we take the leading feature of Metamo Sphere to be a "next generation resume that projects one's skill set and characteristics in an easy-to-understand manner," then it would be appropriate to present Metamo Card as "one way" of accessing Metamo Sphere. What's important is that this is not the "only way." This is because in order to issue a free Metamo Card, it is necessary for a user to issue a Metamo account on their smartphone. Using that account, it's possible to get mostly the same functions on your smartphone as with Metamo Card. For example, it is possible on a smartphone to display a QR code for accessing the "Meatmo Sphere Board" which displays a graphical representation of data recorded in Metamo Sphere and functions similarly to that of a "My Page." In short, a card is absolutely not required5.

However, we made a good decision based on market research. The population continues to increase, and an actual (physical) card serves as a good hook for increasing the charm of the Metamo Platform in emerging economies where the market is expanding. Many people reading this document may be living in a "cardless" world, but the world is diverse and wide. When considering the economies of scale, one might sense a refined beauty in only needing an electronic account to conclude business. But to construct a platform connected to society, we must understand regional characteristics and take care to establish users with a service. 5 Although this is possible with a QR code printed on paper, in the modern age we believe that trust significantly declines when compared to a card.

Metamo Card v2 is a regular passport quality non-contact IC card that also has numerous fraud protection technologies, so we hope that it will be just as valuable as ID in the future. A generation will be created where people have a Metamo Card linked to a smartphone application when working, just like when someone has a driver’s license when operating a vehicle. 3.2. Necessity of QR code While electronic payments with a non-contact IC card or an NFC compatible smartphone is spreading, a dedicated payment terminal is required to make this a reality. This is one reason why its adoption rate doesn't radically surge. But in China, 80% of electronic payments use smartphones, while cash and credit cards have become a thing of the past. Department stores, market malls, and even mobile stalls are taking electronic payment. This uses QR codes which are provided by services such as Alibaba's Alipay or Tencent's WeChat Payment. The customer scans the QR code displayed at the front of the vendor's store with their smartphone, inputs the purchase payment, and the transaction is complete once they send it. Transactions with stallholders are completed once they confirm on their smartphone that the money has been sent to their account. No special devices are needed at all. If we replace this with the Metamo Platform, it will be in the same position as Alipay or WeChat Payment, and the QR codes displayed at store fronts will become the QR code inscribed on the Metamo Card. In this way, convenience is heightened by reducing the service usage hurdle.

3.3. Metamo Card’s MTM payment feature With Metamo Card v2 onward, paying with Metamo tokens (MTM) will create a flow where one receives wages6 or incentives in MTM and uses this to settle payment. The user flow for Metamo Platform makes the "employment and school attendance" which we cannot live without a gateway, and "payment of labor consideration and incentives" serve as an accelerator. Since payment settlements and market exchange of currency are headed on the way out, MTM's value is designed such that it will naturally rise in value. By MTM becoming a standard, the entire Metamo Platform will come to function soundly.

Of course, this does not mean we are insisting on a card. We will graph the characteristics of markets served and provide flexible support. 3.4. Application methods for Metamo Card during employment Please refer to 5.3.

4. Logging and management of job data 4.1. Important company regulations and policy The goal of Metamo Platform is to create a system that makes working fun, and we take personal privacy into consideration. All data relating to a user can be personally managed, and users can also indicate what information to make public. In addition, since the laws concerning employment differ in each country, information that is disclosed can be increased in accordance with the flow of the employment process. Just to emphasize so that there is no misunderstanding, Metamo Platform is not a service for a company to manage its workers. Being worked like a robot is a dreadful thing. Although you can log your work performance using various scales, it is up to the user whether or not they want to make the results public.

What we want to tackle especially is business conditions that are hard to leave behind as one's work history. For example, this would include personal contact labor such as housekeeping and babysitting, work as a designer or software engineer personally contracted through crowdsourcing, or part-time work. A world that gives a negative rating of someone based on immigration or race is not fair. We live in an era where workers can easily present their "service record" which serves as a result of past efforts to an employer through Metamo Sphere and receive a fair rating. Metamo Sphere can eliminate bias, and provided that the worker demonstrates their work to the best of their ability, this will benefit the employer.

4.2. Check-in and Check-out function One of the job data logging features among many is the feature to record the beginning and end of work. It's a simple setup based on position information and dwell time, but by accumulating cyclic data over long periods of time, work performance and experience can be estimated and serve as evidence. For example, if an employer sets the latitude and longitude of their house beforehand, then a live out housekeeper can hold their Metamo Card over their smartphone when they arrive to work and check-in with a single tap on the screen. The system works by recording how off they are in arriving to work compared to a set time based on position information their smartphone has obtained. Of course, dwell time is also an important parameter. An auto check-in feature can also be used that's based on status estimation. With auto check-in, there's no need for cards or screen tapping.

Managing check-in by oneself is recommended not only for freelancers, side job workers, and part-time workers, but also full-time employees. It's highly risky for only superiors and personnel departments to retain data, which is a thing of the past. 4.3. Acquisition of detailed data using IoT A wearable device such as a wrist band or a waist belt is indispensable for measuring detailed activity amounts and estimating work. We plan to carry out joint development with multiple manufacturers, including companies that are breaking out in this field such as OMRON, TOPPAN FORMS, TEIJIN, and Murata.

In an IoT era where these sensors independently communicate, 4G communication is limiting, and it is expected that the number of mobile terminals (IoT terminals) existing within one mesh (unit area) will increase rapidly. 5G will solve this, and many countries are longing for early adoption. Until 5G is implemented, we hope to offer support by performing patches at regular intervals that communicate using 4G and 3G through smartphones. We are in a time where if someone wants to leave behind a detailed service record, we can use the images of a security camera inside a store or work space and estimate what sort of work is being done with relative ease. Although incorporating such result data of image analysis into Metamo Sphere will require a company's cooperation, we are fully aware that some people would not thing too well of this. In the first place, the rights relating to a worker's privacy are strictly protected depending on the country or region. An important philosophy of a company should be to never do things just because you can or choosing to work against policy. We will hold "technology for the people" to a high esteem, respect the interests of workers, and continue to carefully promote business in accordance with market characteristics and demand.

5. Metamo Sphere 5.1. A new way to discover an unexpected self We found that conventional resumes fail to represent an individual's value when we designed the working platform. After all, there are people who are talented in various fields. For example, while it may be easy to imagine that a person working as a breeder at a zoo excels at animal breeding skills and knowledge, if they're providing commentary on an animal's ecology in front of guests and participating in animal shows, they may also be proficient in their speech skills, entertaining a crowd, giving live performances, and interacting with children. Conventional resumes are restricted in expressing such things no matter how you put it in writing or illustrations. To that end, we adopted a "way to discover and convey yourself" called "Metamo Sphere Board" which gives you visual and dynamic control over various data that has been accumulated in Metamo Sphere, such as work experience, personal characteristics, and fields of expertise.

Performance logged at check-in and check-out such as work hours is automatically plotted on the board, allowing for a visual understanding of levels of achievement and mastery for each field. By tapping the "Sphere" designed like a jewel, you can view images and playback video relating to performance, display ratings from colleagues and superiors, and if you're a designer, you can even show this in your portfolio.

As a gaming element, it also comes with a system for supporting growth in the real world. Skills related to those already learned or high-level skills are realized as the next opportunity making it clear what you should learn next or what you should experience. It can also likely be used as a business tool, such as an OKR tool. It's also made to be usable beginning from one's student years. By importing the necessary curriculum data up to graduation, your required courses will become clear. It can also keep track of having taken a curriculum not required for graduation, giving personnel managers not only your graduation performance when interning or gaining employment, but also easily conveying to them what you learned while in school. 5.2. Area concept Much like Instagram with its hashtags, the patent pending Metamo Sphere Board will increase in entries, such as an extensive number of skills, experience, characteristics, and personality. For example, if we assume that the area in blue is skills related to a fast food restaurant where someone worked during their school days, and we take the yellow area to be skills related to recent statistics, we might get a glimpse of a surprising side of a person. Of course, this may not influence whether someone gets hired or not, but unexpected tangents often can suddenly create new values, such as a new demand being made for this person or their past experience and current skills combining at a new workplace. To give another example, a person who is proficient in programming yet is a certified public accountant will have both those regions highlighted on the Metamo Sphere Board. Compared with a conventional resume primarily composed of text, it's easier to notice this person's unpredictability and expertise. In the example of a technology company, there would be a higher demand for this person compared to other accountants. Just like the graph function in spreadsheet software, it's good for there to be a graphical method for displaying a person's path. In the future we plan to offer compatibility with traditional list displays, and in the β version we also plan to implement display and operation methods that are easy to understand. We welcome support and opinions from investors. Although we will naturally be providing an option for outputting conventional resume forms, we would like to change such culture to the Metamo Platform. Metamo Sphere Board can help eliminate bias against job applicants, make unexpected aspects can easily noticed, and get rid of stereotypical decisions.

5.3. Access with QR code, control with one-time password What can be done to allow other people to view an individual's Metamo Sphere Board? For example, imagine an interview. This is actually very simple and is completed by either reading the QR code printed on the Metamo Card or accessing the designated URI (URL). But from a security standpoint, this still cannot be viewed without a one-time password that the owner of the account issues. The owner can set the one-time password to have a validity period or access restrictions, allowing them to expand the scope of making information public according to the stage of the employment process. Incorporating a one-time password also protects sensitive, personal information in the unlikely event that your card is lost.

An extremely small amount of Metamo tokens (MTM) is required to issue a one-time password, and we plan to adopt a system where the company doing the accessing will spent a fixed amount of MTM. However, if a person ends up not being hired, both sides will regain their MTM. We expect that a match between the interests of the company wanting better personnel and the worker wanting to work under better terms will increase the demand for the Metamo Platform, leading to an explosive increase in the circulation volume of MTM. We also foresee that companies recruiting large amounts of non-regular workers will be looking to purchase MTM for efficient and highly trustworthy resume referencing.

5.4. Direct recruiting feature Companies using direct recruiting can only see a job applicant that they have searched come up in their results if a user has permitted the minimum amount of information disclosure7, such as when the applicant is considering changing jobs. One of the system's strengths is the opt-in method providing safety and security while allowing you to begin searching for a new job with one tap when ready. We are also pursuing ease of use for companies and make it possible to easily recruit people from a tablet device. The number of people using tablets locally is increasing, and we are meeting that demand. Companies can directly make an offer to users that satisfy their conditions, and we plan to also make MTM necessary on such occasions.

overlapping layers like in Photoshop8, but also to get a visual confirmation for secondary information such as what other characteristics or skills a person has. 5.5. Job applicant reverse appeal feature Job applicants can get a visual understanding of what skills they're lacking by overlapping the layers of their own Sphere Board and the Job Board the company created. Even if a job applicant is lacking skills, they can attach a message to try to appeal with their other characteristics and skills and send this to the employment supervisor. We also plan for MTM to be spent on such occasions.

6. Metamo tokens(MTM) 6.1. Engineer reward system for democratic governance It is extremely important within the Metamo Platform that the governance of Metamo tokens (MTM) functions democratically. There are many applications for MTM, and their extremely strong social connections will lead to big changes for development policies due to dictatorial decisions by Metamo. We also must avoid hard fork incidents as much as possible. Participation rights for software development policies have been given to Status and Colony, who we deeply respect, as a means to give stakeholders influence in tokens. Much as democratic governance functions, Metamo distributes MTM-Dev tokens in certain cases to owners in accordance with the amount of MTM tokens held at the end of each quarter9. This is non-transferable and can only be used to vote for software development proposals, development priority level, and development importance. MTM-Dev tokens have a set usage period, and current proposals plan that they will lapse after 30 days, including the date of distribution. In certain cases, engineers who have contributed in software development for GitHub issues are rewarded with MTM tokens against the total amount of MTM-Dev tokens gathered for an issue. At this time it is very difficult to give a firm decision regarding percentage. We will look at the transitioning of similar methods, such as the balance and status overall of MTM, while continuing to search for a means for incorporating a democratic and objective decision regarding the award.

9 Distribution ratios will be decided after the crowdsale ends. We are considering 1/,000 or 1/10,000 against the amount of MTM tokens one has in their possession and have it set so the number of MTM-Dev tokens doesn't inflate in response to the total amount issued after the crowdsale. When an MTM-Dev token has generated a fraction below the decimal point, these will be rounded down and processed.

8. Crowdsale Plan (ICO) The issuing process for Metamo tokens (MTM) will be operated using a smart contract with Ethereum.

l Metamo tokens (MTM) will be issued by a team based in Switzerland. l The maximum issuance of MTM at the 1st Crowdsale is 300,000,000. l The 1st Crowdsale will end when ETH and BTC denominations have reached 37.8

8.1. Variable Crowdsale Democracy is vital to the enhancement of Metamo Platform. It would be improper to find an oligopoly of a large amount of participants to be favorable. We will be accepting a small amount of investors several times over for a fixed period of 24 hours after the end of the 1st crowdsale so that a small amount of participants can easily join in. The maximum each time will decrease as each time passes. 8.2. Initial bonus ratio system Initial participants will be given a bonus for establishing a variable crowdsale. Incentives are as noted below. Acquired MTM do not require that the entire amount be acquired. For example, for 460,000 MTM which has the highest bonus, the bonus rate applies to the portion purchases within the 460,000 MTM after the crowdsale begins.

8.3. Metamo tokens for preparation use The Metamo Platform project is scheduled to spend approximately three years expanding across the world. In addition to its long standing operations, it will also continue to improve the Metamo Platform user experience by incorporating the latest technology. Because of this, we consider it to be very risky for the project to continue with only a onetime collection of funding at this ICO. For this reason, we have decided to implement a system for distribution to future investors at any time. Since this will affect current ICO investors and Metamo token owners (people who have acquired tokens through incentives, wages, fees, or stock exchanges, etc.), we expect this to be carried out at a small-scale and light pace upon having gotten a firm grasp of market trends. Approval of an auditor and adviser will be required after having formulated a business plan when carrying this out. Core development This will be assigned to development expenses for the Metamo Platform. This also includes costs that accompany the distribution of Metamo Cards, improving the interface to increase the convenience of MTM, and the renovation and development of compatible mobile applications. Security Security requirements concerning token management differ in each country, and we will abide by the law of wherever we choose as our main country. This expense acts to ensure security including access management in our offices. This also includes expenses when security inspection is required. Selection of our main country will hinge upon finding a country that seeks suitable transparency for tokens and is tolerant for the sake of the growth of token related services. Marketing This is marketing expenses for raising awareness of the distribution of Metamo Cards. This also includes expenses for customer management tools on the internet. Operations A base will be established in each region to distribute Metamo Cards around the world. This will include expanding support members that can help with primary languages in accordance with market scale, as well as expenses for accounting, auditing, and labor management. Legal We will be establishing the appropriate legal advisers in order to response to legal disputes in all countries.
