Thank you for being faithful. Numerous writers have bemoaned the shrinking faithfulness level of church members’ aendance. Many believe if they aend a couple of mes a month, they are being faithful. Many are quick to just stay home or do other things without much thought of how crucial faithfulness in church aend- ance is for our own good and for teaching our children priories. I think we’re seeing im- provement in this area. Let’s keep on growing in faithful aendance. I will be leading FBC-101 this Sunday at 4:00 in Room 133. You can park in the back, come through those doors and walk past the elevator straight to the room. This class is for new members, those who haven’t had the class, and those who are not members but want to know more about the church. At the end of the class, Danny Bryson will take all who are interested in on a tour of the facility. I hope you will make an effort to aend. We’ll have you out of there by 5:45 or so. We connue lingering at the cross this Sunday. We’re in a series called Cross Words, and will hear Jesus’ word to the repentant criminal. Good news about grace and Jesus’ capacity to save people even at the last minute. This would be a good week to invite any lost friends to join you in worship and Connect Group. See you Sunday. Sisterhood Fellowship Will resume on February 20th. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at Outback Steakhouse at 5 pm. Fellowship group for ladies who are grief survivors. Loving Threads If you like to knit, crochet, quilt or sew, the Loving Threads Ministry may be the place for you. The purpose of our group is to use our needlework talents to share the love and com-fort of Jesus Christ with others by making prayer comfort shawls and baby blankets. We meet in RM 131 on the 1st floor, at 1:00 p.m. on the FOURTH Thursday of each month. If you cannot attend the meetings, but would like to partici-pate, call Wanda Thorp, 623-5608.
