In the Silver Souls Fitness class we will utilize dumb bell weights, therabands, and bosu balls to build and maintain muscle. We will also incorporate exercises to increase endurance, flexibility, and balance. Participants will be able to progress at their individual pace and ability.

Come work out in a positive and encouraging atmosphere that will motivate and inspire.

emPOWER-U Boot Camp will be a high energy circuit class that will aim at increasing your energy level, building your confidence and increasing your overall strength and endurance. We will use a variety of body weight exercises and modalities to take you to the next level in your stage of physical fitness. Boot camp will be set up to accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels. Come have fun while challenging yourself to accomplish your 2014 fitness goals.
