Into All The WorldJim Mather, pastor of All Nations Community Church, will describe how God is working in Nepal. He recently returned from there after joining locals in their ministry which encompasses church planting, ministry training, and mercy ministries. Christianity is having an impact in an area where the majority of people are from Hindu and Buddhist religious backgrounds. He will also enlighten us regarding the refugee ministry in our city. You will want to hear how God is working at home and abroad.

In the Silver Souls Fitness class we will utilize dumb bell weights, therabands, and bosu balls to build and maintain muscle. We will also incorporate exercises to increase endurance, flexibility, and balance. Participants will be able to progress at their individual pace and ability.

Come work out in a positive and encouraging atmosphere that will motivate and inspire.

emPOWER-U Boot Camp will be a high energy circuit class that will aim at increasing your energy level, building your confidence and increasing your overall strength and endurance. We will use a variety of body weight exercises and modalities to take you to the next level in your stage of physical fitness. Boot camp will be set up to accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels. Come have fun while challenging yourself to accomplish your 2014 fitness goals.
