Pulitzer Prize for Fiction finalist Godric Newberry Honor Book Wolf Hollow (reminiscent of To Kill a Mockingbird) New York Times’ Best Seller Serafina and the Black Cloak Eugene Peterson’s Run with the Horses: The Quest for Life at its Best The Treehouse, series popular with children and Convictions: How I Learned What Matters Most by renowned religious scholar, Marcus Borg.

Special Contributions
The Progressive Class has donated Coach Tony Dungy’s Quiet Strength and its accompanying Bible study for men, Discover
God’s Game Plan, to the Boyd Media Center in memory of Kemp Ewing, husband of Terese, father of two daughters, and son-in-
law of Demi and Sue Mack. This book selection is fitting for Kemp’s career and character.
The Progressive class has also donated A Fistful of Heroes: Christians at the Forefront of Change in fond memory of Frank
Saunders, who joined TMBC in 1961. Frank, a former professor who always liked to learn more would have enjoyed this book
about 18th and 19th century reformers and liberators.
Thank you, Progressive Class, for your caring and thoughtful gifts to the Boyd Media Center in memory of these loved ones.
