the Quantum 4 range has been developed using the latest technology available to us. By introducing a new frame design, the Quantum 4 now allows for a greater variation in model size without compromising on accuracy. the Quantum 4 can be supplied in either manual or CnC versions with our inspect3d-Pro software as standard. Built and designed at QCt’s uK works, the Quantum 4 is guaranteed to be of outstanding build quality and comes with our full installation, warranty, service and calibration package. a manual to CnC conversion kit is also available allowing customers to upgrade their machine.

QuaLitY reFurBished maChinesWe offer a range of fully refurbished models and our stock changes regularly. We strip, rebuild, replace anything that is worn or that we cannot support and resell completely refurbished models with our comprehensive 1 year warranty. Whether you purchase a new or refurbished model you are guaranteed to receive the same accredited calibration, latest software and a quality service from QCt.

With an established client list, QCt can also offer service contracts for most makes of co-ordinate measuring machines. With a team of highly experienced engineers providing annual and emergency breakdown cover.

uKas CaLiBration

in addition to our standard traceable calibration services QCt have gained uKas accreditation to calibrate Cmm’s to iso 10360-2. Which is a recognised standard for Cmm calibrations, as preferred by suppliers to the aerospace industry and companies accredited to iso9001/ts16949.

training and suPPort Located with QCt’s facility is a dedicated training and demonstration room, where customers are encouraged to get first hand experience with the Cmm before final commitment to purchase. using customer’s own products QCt can replicate the facility that the Cmm will provide at the customers site. a thorough training programme is available for all co-ordinate measuring machines and measuring software supplied by QCt.

measuring soFtWare QCt’s range of measuring and inspection software has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of today’s Cmm users. all built around a simple graphical interface the software is easy to use for the new Cmm user, but has the functionality for the more demanding inspection requirements. With Cad inspection and offline options also available all of your Cmm measurement requirements can be met.
