Decide your area of specialization wisely before the process Prepare the basic MBA concepts thoroughly Look to score well in your exams as some companies have cut-offs Participate in extracurricular activities Improve and work on your CV (Resume)

During the selection, companies look out for good academics, extracurricular achievements on your CV and strong basic knowledge

By the time placements happen in the final year, you would anyways be well verse with the selection process
