Michael R. Martino is a First Vice President, Financial Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager at The Martino Seestadt Group at Morgan Stanley. A wealth management professional for more than 31 years, Michael is committed to providing highly customized advice to f inancially successful individuals and families in Minneapolis, St. Paul and communities throughout the Midwest. He focuses on investment management services for business professionals and retirees, delivering a personalized approach that is underscored by his commitment to outstanding service.

A graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, Michael became a member of the Morgan Stanley fam-ily in 1984. He has dedicated his entire financial career to helping his clients build custom investment portfolios and helping them maintain the discipline necessary to navigate today’s changing and challenging markets. He is most proud of the fact that many of the client relationships he has nurtured over the years now span multiple generations.

As a First Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, Michael is well versed in the equity and fixed income markets. Over the years, he has developed skills in wealth accumulation, tax efficiency, reduced volatility and asset preservation. By advising his clients on how to effectively grow, protect and transition wealth, he has earned the reputation of being a valued advisor. He takes pride in helping them oversee and manage their finances, so they may enjoy the wealth they have created.

A native of Bloomfield, New Jersey, Michael has been calling Minnesota his home for the past 32 years. He resides in Plymouth with Carrie, his wife of 34 years. They have two grown daughters and their son will soon be starting col-lege. In his leisure time, Michael enjoys golfing, travelling and cooking.

Robert T. Seestadt is a First Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor at The Martino Seestadt Group at Morgan Stanley. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their financial goals, whether he’s helping a young family plan for their children’s college education, advising a business professional on stock option financing or assisting a corporate executive transition to retirement. Bob’s mission is to empower his clients to be confident in their financial decisions, so they may attain the financial freedom to pursue their passions and enjoy the wealth they’ve created.

Bob began his successful career in 1979 as a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley). In 1985, he met Michael Martino, and in 1994, they began working together to provide a wider range of skills and services.

As a First Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, Bob manages a number of portfolios within the Group’s Portfolio Management Program, which can be matched to a client’s recommended asset allocation. His approach is based on a

core belief that there are unrecognized values among investment choices. Most importantly, he enjoys creating long-term and trusting relationships with his clients to help them simplify their financial lives.

A native of New York City, Bob has been living in Minneapolis with his wife, Kathleen, since 1972. He is a liberal arts graduate of the University of Minnesota and, in 2000, attended value investing classes at Columbia University. In 2012, he earned his Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. When he’s not working with clients or mentoring with the CFA Society of Minnesota, Bob enjoys spending quality time with his family, which includes three daughters and four grandchildren. Favorite leisure activities include sailing, yoga and travel.
