Classical Greek Play and Eastern Sicily Tour
Day 1: Messina
Arrival at the Airport of Catania or at place to be specified, meeting with our courier and transfer
to an hotel in the Messina area. Check-in, some time to rest, welcome cocktail, dinner and
overnight stay.
Day 2: Messina
After the breakfast we will reach the Cathedral Square of Messina, dedicated to “Our Lady of
the Assumption” and its Fountain of Orione, defined as one the most
beatiful fountains of 1500's of Europe. Visit of the “Treasure of the
Cathedral”, containing about four hundred works dating back from the X
century to the XX century.
At twelve noon, looking up the show offered by th movement of the
mechanism of the astronomical clock.
Departure for the Organic Farm Villarè. Here we will take a sensorial -
aromatherapeutic walk, tasting a genuine and traditional lunch.
Early in the afternoon we will reach the Cristo Re's Shryne.
We will go to the Regional Museum of Messina that features some notable
art works of Caravaggio and Antonello da Messina. Return to the hotel,
dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Taormina – Forza d'Agrò
After the breakfast, departure for Taormina, the “pearl of the Ionian sea”. Meeting with the
tourist guide that will show to the participants its Greek-Roman, Byzantine and Saracen
architecture. Lunch in a traditional Sicilian restaurant in the near town of Forza d’Agrò.
Walk along the streets of this medieval village. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 Tindari - Patti
Breakfast at hotel and departure for the Sanctuary dedicated to the
Black Virgin of Tindari, one of the most famous Sanctuaries in
Europe. Visit of the Archelogical area of the town.
Lunch at an Holiday Farm in Patti, one of the main centres in the
Tyrrhenian area. Visit of the main attractions of the town. Return
to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Noto – Siracusa - Classical Greek Play
Breakast at hotel and departure for Noto, the capital of Sicilian
baroque and designed as a World Heritage site by Unesco.
Guided tour of the elegant historic center admiring some astonishing civil and religious
monuments. Lunch in a typical
sicilian restaurant.
After, we will visit Siracusa, on of
the most important city of ancient
Magna Graecia, and its
archaeological Park of Neapolis
that hosts the majority of classic monuments of the Greek
Syracuse. Check-in a hotel of Siracusa Area, dinner and overnight stay.Then we will reach Island
of Ortigia, the hearth of the city, to admire the significant traces of the Greek civilization in Sicily

Day 6: Scicli –Ragusa Ibla – Modica:
After the breakfast, we will reach Scicli. Visit of the town where there are clear evidences of the
late Baroque age.
Then, departure for Ragusa to visit Ragusa Ibla, the
older part of the city. Trip among dozens of splendid
churches such as Duomo di San Giorgio and the most
important baroque buildings. Lunch at restaurant.
In the late afternoon, departure for Modica, a world
heritage site and ancient Baroque town with more than one
hundred churches. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight
stay.
Day 7: Catania and its ruins – Riviera dei Ciclopi
After the breakfast at hotel, guided tour of the historical center of Catania. Visit of the “Bottega
del Puparo” to observe the construction of the typical Sicilian puppets used for plays with a great
historical and cultural value. Lunch in a restaurant.
Departure for the legendary “Riviera dei Ciclopi”. Visit of the small towns of Aci Trezza, and
Aci Castello. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure and come back
Breakfast at hotel, free time in the morning. Transfer to airport or place to be defined. End of our

Day 1 Catania – Milazzo

Day 2: Brolo – San Marco d’Alunzio

Day 3: Novara di Sicilia – Montalbano Elicona.
Breakfast at hotel and departure for Novara di Sicilia, considered
one of the most beautiful villages in Italy thanks to its well-
preserved old town centre. Departure for Montalbano Elicona
where we will stop to have a lunch in a Holiday Farm.
Visit to the astonishing small village, an old centre built around a
castle which will bring participants back to a medieval and evocative
atmosphere. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Castroreale – Milazzo
Breakfast at hotel, and departure for Castroreale, medieval town best known for the important
works of art to be seen in the Civic Museum, the churches and the surrounding
countryside. After the lunch, visit of Milazzo, a delightful town placed between two gulfs.
Walk along the evocative promenade of the town and visit of the Swabian Castle. Return to hotel
dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Castelmola -Taormina
Breakfast at hotel and departure for Castelmola, a
small and typical village where we can enjoy a breath
taking view of Taormina and Etna. Lunch at restaurant.

Thanks to "The Godfather and the Inspector
Montalbano Tour " you can discover the places in
Sicily linked to the famous Francis Ford Coppola saga
and to the character created by Andrea Camilleri.
Day 1: Catania
Arrival at Airport of Catania or at place to be specified. Transfer by private luxury coach to Hotel
in Taormina Area. Check-in, some time to rest, welcome cocktail, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Taormina - Forza d’Agrò.
After the breakfast, departure for Taormina, the “pearl of the Ionian sea”. Meeting with the tourist
guide that will show to the participants its Greek-Roman, Byzantine and Saracen architecture.
At the station of the town, it took place the meeting between Michael Corleone, Robert De Niro
and Kay, the protagonists of the saga of “The Godfather”. Lunch in a traditional Sicilian restaurant
in the near town of Forza d'Agro (Messina).
In the afternoon, a walk through the streets of the medieval town. We will visit the Convent of St.
Augustine with cloister and the squares of SS Annunziata
and of the Holy Trinity, where some other scenes of the
famous Saga of Francis Ford Coppola were shot. Return to
hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Santa Teresa Riva – Sant’Alessio Siculo
Breakfast at the hotel and visit of the town of Santa
Teresa di Riva. Lunch in a tipycal restaurant
In the afternoon, a guided visit of Sant Alessio Siculo
and its main monuments. Return to the hotel, dinner and
overnight stay
Day 4: Savoca – Giardini Naxos
Breakfast at the hotel and guided visit of the Saracen old town of Savoca. It is placed at 300
metres above the level of the sea. The participants will visit “Bar Vitelli”, which is still a functioning
structure and that was portrayed in the movie “The Goodfther” as the place where Michael
Corleone asked Apollonia’s father for the hand of his daughter.
The Friars Capuchin monastery (1600) hosts in its crypt some
mummified bodies of old important notable people.
In the afternoon we will take a walk along the seafront of
Giardini Naxos. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Scicli – Punta Secca – Ragusa Ibla – Modica
After the breakfast, we will reach Scicli. During the guided tour we will walk along Via Mormino
Perna, one of the most charming streets of Sicily. In the series, Montalbano Inspector often drives
his Fiat Tipo along this street. We can also see the Antica Farmacia Cartia, where some scenes
were shot. Then, we will reach Punta Secca, a small maritime hamlet of Santa Croce Camerina,
where the inspector’s seaside house is located. Not far from Punta Secca there is the

Neogothic style Castelllo di Donnafugata, in the series it's the house of Don Balduccio Sinagra,
head of one of the two local Mafia families.
Then we will reach Ragusa ibla, (in the series it's the town of Vigata) where we will can admire
the splendid Cattedrale San Giorgio and it's square, also known in the series as The Mother Church
of Vigata and its square. Possibility to take a lunch in The
Rustiscana restaurant, in the series. It's San Calogero
Restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit of Modica, a very important Sicilian
baroque city. Here we will indivituate some other places of
Vigata. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay
Day 6: Surrounding Mount Etna Area taking a train.
After the brakfast at hotel, departure from Circumetnea
Borgo Catania Station to take a train and reach Bronte, a little town placed on the south west
side of Mount Etna, very well-known in the world for the production of Pistachio. Visit of the
historic circumetnea train exhibition area and of a factory where we will see the processing of
Pistachio and taste some typical food. Departure for Randazzo, a medieval village situated on
750 meters above sea level. Lunch at a cellar wine where the fine Etna DOC wine is produced .
We will visit the cellar wine e taste some delicious winesIn
the afternoon, visit of the town. Return to hotel, dinner and
overnigt stay.
Day 7: Siracusa – Noto
Visit of the archaeological Park of Neapolis that hosts the
majority of classic monuments of the Greek Syracuse.Then
we will reach Ortigia Island, considered as the heart of the
city. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon departure to
Noto. Guided visit of the masterpiece of Sicilian Baroque, dubbed “Stone Garden” for its
architectural beauties. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure and come back

Saturday:Lipari
Boarding in Lipari (Molo di Marina Lunga) around 17.00,
a welcome cocktail on board and participants can take
the evening off in the small town of Lipari that is
considered the heart of the archipelago. Tourists can
enjoy wandering through its narrow streets to discover
the historic centre with typical shops and local products.

Sunday: Salina
Dinner and overnight on board.
Monday: Alicudi
Breakfast on board, participants can explore the wild
west coast of Lipari, where they can admire the
“stacks” and “pumice quarries” and have a relaxing
swim at the famous little white beach. Lunch on board
and departure for Salina, the greenest island with its
gardens of capers and its vineyards, After a brief
journey, participants can swim surrounded by the
breathtaking scenery of the “Bay of Pollara”. Tourists
then reach on to the picturesque harbour of “Rinella”
where they can rent a scooter or car to visit the island.
Breakfast on board and tourists set off for the island of Alicudi, called the” lonely “one. Stop for a
swim,in the most characteristic scenery of this wild and unspoiled island. In the afternoon,
participants are free to visit the picturesque island. Dinner and overnight on board
Tuesday: Filicudi
Breakfast on board and participants set off for the island of Filicudi, the most attractive of the
Aeolian Islands for its wonderful caves “Grotta del Bue Marino” and “la Canna” (very high rocks)
that mark the island. Lunch on board and stop for a swim. In the late afternoon, after visiting the
island, the cruise leaves for Santa Marina Salina. Dinner in a typical restaurant and return to Salina
on board.
Wednesday: Panarea
Breakfast on board and then the cruise reaches Panarea, the most elegant and sophisticated of
the Aeolian islands, in search of its wonderful boutiques and its prehistoric sites such as the
“Calajunco Bay ” and the beach of Lisca Bianca. Not to miss the cocktails and the sunset at “Raya”
an exclusive hotel and lounge bar where you can admire a breathtaking panorama. Dinner and
overnight on board.

Thursday: Stromboli
Breakfast on board and the cruise then sets off for the island
of Stromboli, called the “gentle giant” for its Volcano which
spreads its lava and its fire along the edges of the island
offering tourists a thrilling spectacle to be enjoyed on a clear
night from the boat, rocked gently by the waves. Stop for a
swim and lunch. In the afternoon a visit to ”Ginostra” and a
tour of “Strombolicchio”. After dinner the cruise will depart to
Panarea, where tourists will spend the night.
Friday: Vulcano Island
Breakfast on board and departure for Vulcano. Stop for a
swim and lunch between its picturesque bays and visit of
the “Grotta del Cavallo”. Mooring at the port of Vulcano,
which will give tourists the opportunity to visit the “Thermal
mud pools” and the characteristic black sandbeach. Dinner
in a typical restaurant on the island then back on board for
the last night of a wonderful adventure in the Aeolian
Islands

Event
Discovering the Battle of Lepanto
A spectacular historical re-enactment of the landing of Don
John of Austria, natural son of Charles V, in the Messina
Harbour
He commanded the Christian fleet against the Turkish one
during the Battle of Lepanto, one of the largest naval fightings
of human history.
Friday 2nd August: Messina.
The group will meet our licensed tour leader in Messina and accomodation in the reserved rooms
of the hotel. In the afternoon, we wil take a sightseeing tour of the city.
Return to hotel where our tour leader will show to the group the details of the whole trip.
Dinner and overnight stay.
Saturday 3td August Museum of Strait of Messina
After the breakfast, departure for Forte San Salvatore, one of the
four royal fortresses, built (1537) by Charles V in the sixteenth
century to defend Messina by Ottoman incursions.
It was placed at the entrance of the harbour and designed as the
deck of a vassel.
Then we will reach Forte Cavalli, one of the forts built in the
second half of the 1800 to defend the Strait of Messina from enemies attacks. Here we can admire
an amazing view and visit a museum.
After the guided visit of Forte Cavalli, departure for the Organic Farm Villarè. Here we will take a
sensorial - aromatherapeutic walk and taste a genuine and traditional lunch.
Early in the afternoon we will reach the Cristo Re's Shrine. In front of it there is a beatiful
panoramic point.
Then we will take a walk along the old town centre, starting from Cathedral Square, with its Fontain
of Orion, defined as one the most beatiful fountain of 1500's of Europe, the Cathedral and its
splendid Bell Tower with one of the biggest astronomical mechanical watches in the world.
Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Sunday 4th August: Seaside activity/ Monti Peloritani –Regional Museum of Messina-
Landing reenactment of Don John of Austria in Messina
After the breakfast at hotel, possibility of a seaside day activity or to reach Colli San Rizzo, an hilly
area of the city. After the lunch, we will reach the Regional Museum to admire some astonishing

works of Caravaggio and Antonello da Messina. In the late afternoon the group will reach the
harbor of Messina to watch the spectacular landing reenactment of
Don John of Austria in Messina during the Battle of Lepanto.
It's one of the most beautiful naval parade of Mediterranean area.
There will be many naval units belonged to Firefighters and Navy
forces, as well as the participation of a lot of people wearing
Renaissance costumes.
Dinner at restaurant, back to the hotel and overnight stay.
Monday 5th August: Departure and coming back

Day 1: Arrival at Catania
Arrival of the participants at the airport of Catania or at place to be defined. Meeting with our
courier and transfer of the group to hotel, in Catania Area. Check-in, some time to rest, welcome
cocktail, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Catania
Breakfast at hotel. Walk along the “Salotto di Catania”, through
the main streets of the city.
Tasting of ypical Sicilian products (arancini, cipollina catanese,
schiacciata, cannolo) at one of the most famous pastry shop and
restaurant of the city. We will see the show of “Pupi siciliani”
(Sicilian puppets). Free time for shopping. Return to hotel, dinner
and overnight stay
Day 3: Mount Etna surrounding Area taking a train.
After the brakfast at hotel, departure from Circumetnea Borgo Catania station to take a train and
reach Bronte, little town placed on the south west side of Mount Etna, very well-known in the
world for the production of Pistachio. Visit of the historic circumetnea train exhibition area and of
a factory where we will see the processing of Pistachio and taste some typical food.

Day 4: Palermo
Breakafast at hotel, and departure for Palermo. Visit of the
historical center of the city. We will explore the Mercato di Ballaro
(Ballarò street Market) a colourful place overflowing with daily fresh
fish, local vegetables and cheeses. Here we have the opportunity to
taste a typical palermitano dish, such as the famous Panelle.
In the afternoon, It’s likely we will visit a winery and and taste some
local products. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Milo and Old Winery
After the breakfast, departure for Milo. Guided Visit of the little town placed on the eastern face
of Mount Etna. Lunch with typical products. In the afternoon visit of the Cantina storica Etnea
(Historical Winery of Etna area) and tasting of 5 wines. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
6 Day: Alcantara Gorges – Taormina
Breakfast and departure for Motta Camastra.
We will visit the Botanical and Geological Park Alcantara Gorges On the way back we will reach
the small beach of the Alcantara Gorges. Tasting of local products.
Chance to take a fresh bath in the waters of the Alcantara River. Lunch in a typical restaurant of
the park.

Day 7: Ragusa Ibla - Modica

splendid churches such as the Duomo of San Giorgio, Santa
Maria dell’Itria, Chiesa Anime del Purgatorio. The most
important baroque buildings are Palazzo della Cancelleria,

Visit of the cathedral of San Giorgio, the castle of the Counts and of

product.

Day 1 Catania - Messina
Arrival at the airport of Catania or at place to be specified, meeting with our courier and transfer

a certified organic farm, located in Santa Lucia del

General Conditions
SECTION 1: LEGISLATIVE SOURCES
The sale of tourist package regarding services to be provided both within national boundaries and abroad – governed until its repeal by
art. 3 of D. Leg. 79 of 23 May 2011 (the “Tourism Code”) – by L.27/12/1977 no. 1084 ratifying and implementing the International
Convention relative to travel contracts (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23.4.1970 – as applicable – as well as by the Tourism Code (art.
32-51) and its subsequent amendments.
SECTION 2: DEFINITION OF TOURIST PACKAGE- TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION - TOUR OPERATOR
The notion of tourist package is as follows:
“The tourist package have as subjects holiday, travels, all-inclusive holiday, tourist cruise, that are the result of a combination, by
anyone or in any way is realized, of at least two of the following elements, sold or offered to sale at a lump sum price: a) transport, b)
accommodation, c) tourist services not accessory to the transport or accommodation of which at the art. 36, that are meant to satisfy
the entertainment needs of the tourist, significant part of the “tourist package” (art. 34 Tourism Code)
The tourist has the right of receiving a copy of the sale contact of the tourist package (edited in accordance with the modalities of which
at the art. 35 T.C.). The contract represents a title to accede to the Guarantee Fund of which at the following section 11

Reservation requests should be drawn up using the proper contract form, in electronic format if applicable, filled-in in all parts and
signed by the consumer who will be supplied with a copy.
The acceptance of the reservation is understood to be confirmed, and the contract effective, only when the promoter sends official
confirmation, also in the form of telematic data, to the consumer through the intermediary travel agency.
Before the departure the promoter will supply information concerning the tourist package, not included in the contract documents, in the
leaflets and/or under different form of written advice, as regulated by art. 37, paragraph 2 of the Tourism Code.
In accordance with art. 32, paragraph 2 of the Tourism Code, in the case of contracts concluded at a distance or outside the premises
of local businesses (as defined in art. 50 and 45 of D.Legs. 206/2005), the promoter will undertake to communicate to the registration
the non-existence of the right of withdrawal as seen in art. 64 and following of the D.Legs. 206/2005.
In accordance of the art 36 D.Lgs 79/2011, upon the act of accepting the Booking, the consumer will foresee to the provision of
payment of 25% of the total amount as down payment of the purchased vacation package. The balance will be successively paid on the
basis of the date of the Booking and however within 30 days prior to the departure date. Specifically: For reservations made less than
30 days and up to 7 days before the departure date, the balance must be fully paid for by the first working day after the date of the
same Booking. For reservations less than 7 days from the departure date the balance must be fully paid by the same day as the
Booking. The calculation of the days is referred to calendar days.
The missed payment of the sums, at the prefixed dates, will be an expressed resolution clause, in such a way to determine the lawful
resolution of the intermediary agency and/or the organiser.
SECTION 4: PRICES
The price of the tourist package depends on the contract, with reference to all that has been written in the catalogue or in the extra-
catalogue program and to any details that have been added later in the catalogue or in the extra-catalogue program. It can be changed
until 20 days before the departure and only in consequence of the changes of:-costs of transport,, included the fuel cost.
SECTION 5 :TOURIST RECESSION
The tourist can cancel the contract, without having to pay any penalty in the following cases:
- increase of the price of which at the previous art. 8 more than 10%.
- significant change of one or more elements in the contract which is/are objectively considered fundamental for the fruition of the tourist
package.
If the customer doesn’t accept these changes, the organizer will be limited only to refund the amount paid.
SECTION 6 : CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation fee:
• 10% of the participation rate in case of cancellation from 42 till 28 days before the arrival of the client;
• 25% of the participation rate in case of cancellation from 27 till 21 days before the arrival of the client;
• Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
• Between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 75% of the total cost
• Between 3 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost .
SECTION 7 : TRAVEL ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY
The travel organiser is liable for damages caused to the tourist in relation to the total or partial non-fulfilment of the services specified in
the contract, whether the services are carried out directly by the organiser or by third parties, unless it is proven that this non-fulfilment
is caused by the tourist (this includes autonomous initiatives that the tourist assumes during the journey) or caused by circumstances
which are outside the services foreseen by the contract, by fortuitous cases, by circumstances beyond control, that is, by circumstances
that the organiser could not reasonably foresee or solve.
The intermediary used for the reservation of the tourist package is not liable for obligations arising from the organisation of the journey,
but is exclusively responsible for the obligations arising from the role of intermediary and, however, within the limits foreseen by the
laws in force for such responsibility.
SECTION 8: SUBSTITUTIONS
A Tourist who is unable to travel can be substituted by another person if:
a) the travel organiser is informed in written form at least 4 working days before the date of departure, and at the same time receiving
the reasons for the substitution and is informed of the details regarding the substitute;
b) the substitute satisfies all the conditions for the fruition of the service (ex. Article 89 of the Tourist Code), in particular requirements
regarding passports, entry permits, and health certificates;
c) the same services or other substitution services can be given following the substitution;
d) the substitute reimburses the travel organiser of all the additional costs sustained for the substitution procedure, the amount of which
will be quantified before substitution.Further requirements and conditions regarding substitutions are indicated in the technical form.
SECTION 9 MODIFICATION BEFORE OR AFTER THE DEPARTURE.
Before the departure the organiser or the intermediary that needs to significantly change one or more elements of the contract, has to
inform immediately in a written form the tourist, indicating the type of modifications and the consequent variation of the cost.
In case the tourist does not accept the changes,the tourist can exert the right of having his money back or of having a substitute tourist
package without price supplements and with the reimbursement of any extra cost if the chosen tourist package has an value inferior
than the first;
The tourist must communicate the decision taken (acceptance of the modification, or cancellation) within two working days from the
date of receipt of the communication of cost increase or modification. If the tourist does not expressly communicate a decision within
the above mentioned time limit, the proposal formulated by the travel organiser will be considered accepted.
The tourist can exert the pre-said rights also when the cancellation depends on the missed reaching of the minimum number of
participants required in the catalogue or in the extra-catalogue program or on extenuating circumstances and fortuitous case, related to
the bought tourist package.
For the cancellations different from those depending on extenuating circumstances, on fortuitous case and on the missed reaching of
the minimum number of participants, and also for those different from the missed acceptation of the tourist of the offered alternative
tourist package, the organiser that cancels will give back to the tourist the double of the money paid by him and cashed in by the
organiser, trough the travel agency. The amount of money returned to the tourist is never going to be more than the double of the
amounts of which the tourist would be in pair debt in case is the tourist that cancels
In accordance of art. 41 2° comma of the D.lgs 79/2011, if after the departure, the Travel Organizer is found to be in impossibility of
being able to supply, for whatever reason apart from it being a fact depending on the Tourist, a part essential to the services conceived
under the Contract, alternative solutions must be made available, without any supplement to the
price charged to the contractor
Should there not be any other alternative solution possible, or should the solution made available by Iopitour Tour Operator be refused
by the client for serious and justifiable reasons, The Travel Organizer must refund him/her to the exact amount of the difference
between the cost of the expected services and those of the effectively given services, up to the time of the anticipated return
10 SECTION: COMPLAINTS AND DENUNCIATIONS
Every lack in the fulfilment of the contract must be contested by the tourist during the fruition of the package trough prompt presentation
of complaint, so that the travel organiser, its local representative or the travel courier can quickly correct the situation. Otherwise, the
reimbursement of the damage will be diminished or excluded according to the art. 1227 c.c.
The tourist also must – decadence penalty - report the complaint by sending a recorded delivery letter, with acknowledgement of
receipt, or any other means that can guarantee the evidence of the occurred reception, to the organiser or the intermediary, within and
not more than 10 working days from the date of return to the point of departure.
In the event of any disputes, jurisdiction wil be exclusively at Messina/ Italy High Court.
SECTION 11 GUARANTEE FUND (art. 51 Tourism Code)
The National Guarantee Fund instituted for the protection of consumers that have an organised travel contract, it arranges the following
measures in the case of insolvency or declared bankruptcy of the travel organiser or of the intermediary:
a) reimbursement of the paid sum;
b) repatriation in the case of a journey abroad;
The Fund also gives immediate economic availability in the case of forced repatriation of tourists from countries outside the EU in
emergency situations which are due or not due to the behaviour of the organiser.
The conditions of intervention of the Fund are established by a Decree of the Prime Minister dated 23/07/99, No. 349 and the
reimbursement requests to the Fund are not subjected to any deadlines. The organiser and the intermediary contribute to nourish this
Fund in the terms of the comma 2, art. 51 T. Code, through the payment of the compulsory insurance premium that is due to stipulate,
a part of which is deposited in the Fund with the modalities fixed in the art. 6 of the DM 34
