HPBC 40th Anniversary Events
Return to Frontier Kentucky: Fall Open House at Fairfield & Self-Driving Tour 500 Cynthiana Rd. Paris, KY September 23, 2018 2-4 PM Cost $10 members/$15 non-members. Visit this home that sits at the site where Gov. Garrard settled, the site of Martin’s Station, and the Alanant-o-Wamiowee Buffalo Trace. A modern construction using woodwork from historic Bourbon & Harrison County homes, this house has a fine collection of Kentucky antiques and artwork. Thanks to homeowner Mary Clay for opening her home. Enjoy light refreshments and pick up a self-driving tour map to explore other sites significant to Bourbon County’s frontier history.
