NEED TO KNOWThe Zoo closes at 10pm, please leave quietly as our animals will be sleeping. All our animal exhibits close at 9pm apart from:Blackburn Pavilion – 8.30pm Penguin Beach – 9.30pm B.U.G.S – 9.30pm Reptile House – 9.30pm

Gorilla Kingdom stays closed in the evenings so our two baby gorillas can get some kip. Zoos are a little bit unpredictable so sometimes we have to shut areas without notice. Thanks for understanding!

Food and drink is not allowed into animal exhibits. All our disposables are fully compostable, so please help us by putting them in the correct bins in the World Food Market.

Please remove masks and costumes before heading into our exhibits.

There’s cash machines by Penguin Beach and the Main Lawn.

Please note there are no lockers on site.
